I do not think he should have asked to use the bathroom. Also they left the back gate opened and my dog wandered out. So I not really raving about anything.

Mike's Gutters is a horrendous, horrendous company... plus they have the worst customer service you…read morecan imagine. And I've known this company for over 15 years. At the beginning, with the original owner (Mike), they were great. They installed new gutters on our house and even did some follow up work. But later on, they had to came back, to fix a defective part that they had installed. However, without the original company owner on site (Mike), they just replaced it with some "leaders" that turned out to be even worse (they were bent and cut up). I've texted them over 8 times (with no response), I've left 10 phone messages, and I've even called both of their business numbers over 10 times. Their answer: Nothing. They just won't respond. And we never got our "warranted repairs". I've even waited months for their return or their call back, but they've never called back, nor showed up. Now, it's like if, once they put up the gutters and get paid, they won't come back, won't respond or return your calls. They just move on to the next customers (or victims), to give them a bad experience too. In summary, keep away from Mike's Gutters. They are the worst. And like I said, I've known them for over 15 years. So run away, run away fast, and save yourself a gutter dilemma, and a financial headache.

I'd gone online and read numerous horror stories about companies that rip people off on gutter guards but I needed them desperately so I decided to bite the bullet. They dropped off a few samples along with an explanation sheet explaining the benefits of each. I was rather surprised by the price which I consider to be more than fair. I hired them on the spot and could not be more pleased. The work performed, punctuality and communication were all without parallel. Speaking as someone who is very meticulous with the maintenance of their home, I can recommend them without reservation. Kudos much thanks.
