Their ladder caused visible damage to our gutter while accessing the roof to clean our solar panels, and their screen cleaning machine frayed several of our window screens. When we brought these issues to their attention, their response was, "Did anyone see our ladder leaning on your gutter? Your screens were like that when we removed them." They agreed to replace most of the damaged screens, but the new ones they installed have vertical tears, and a few others are wrinkled and very loose. They then refused to come back to fix them, so I had to hire another company to repair the screens properly. Unfortunately, there was no proper inspection after the job was completed and no accountability for the damage.
