Again, my mom said no, cancel everything and he left. A SERVPRO rep named Constance Keeney called me from 503-828-0274. I told her to cancel. She advised me to put it on hold just in case my mom changed her mind. I agreed, but I told her to do nothing else. About two weeks later I get a bill for an additional $256 for the random guy who showed up twice with no appointment and no warning. I never received the estimate I asked for. I told Luis Elorduy in their accounts department this information. He said he'd check into it. I called Constance Keeney back at 503-828-0274, but that number was no longer valid. I tried five times. Never worked again. I heard nothing back. A week later I get an "overdue" bill for the $256. I emailed Luis complaining, but he said Constance confirmed the bill. If I don't pay, they send it to collections and that hurts my credit. So I reluctantly paid it after the third overdue notice. Now I'm out over $600 and these people literally did NOTHING. These people are poor communicators, sketchy with the phone number that suddenly stopped working, and wildly overcharging for doing almost nothing.
