On three separate visits, they have saved me hundreds of dollars! 1) A dealership said I needed a…read morehead gasket, and the guy called up one of the local car garages and said that worst case scenario it would be at least $1000 less than the quote. I took my car in, and it didn't need a head gasket at all! The repair was around $500. 2) A new mechanic at a different garage quoted me $184 to clean up one of my headlights. I went to O'Reilly's and bought a $10 headlight cleanser, and the guy at the store cleaned it off for me! 3) Last night my car stalled in their parking lot (next door to my gym), and had a couple of scary warning lights! (Check engine and brakes!) The guy in the store Came out to my car, popped the hood and also used his little diagnostic machine and: saw I needed brake fluid (filled that up with the $5 bottle I bought there), showed me what the check engine doohicky diagnostic tool had said needed cleaning, and also tightened down an air intake thingamajig that was totally loose. After my workout I drove home and the dashboard warning indicators were still on, () but this morning, I started it up and all the dashboard warning lights are off. I'm making some cookies to drop off to that store! Thank you sooooo much for your help!!!

What a truly disheartening experience. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this establishment…read moreto anyone. I left feeling utterly shocked and defeated. My intention was simple: to purchase two machines for my family. Initially, a friendly sales representative greeted me, radiating warmth and professionalism. However, this pleasant encounter was abruptly overshadowed by the aggressive interruption of a potential manager whose demeanor was anything but welcoming. In that moment, I felt as if I were being treated like a criminal, simply for inquiring about the price of a machine. Yes, I am a woman who entered this business alone, and it seemed this old man believed I lacked the intelligence to handle the information I sought. To my disbelief, I was even accused of being a secret shopper, a baseless assumption that left me reeling. I thought we had moved past gender bias, but clearly, at this dealership, it remains an unfortunate reality. My plans for investing 40K elsewhere are firm; I will seek out a dealership that respects and values female customers. As I walked out, I confronted the manager, letting him know they would not see a single cent of my money. His casual wave and nonchalant goodbye were astonishing; it was as if my words carried no weight. I am not a radical feminist searching for bias in every interaction. Far from it, I am an independent woman who thrives on outdoor sports and family activities. The fact that I could not even receive a straightforward price for a machine displayed for sale is indicative of a deeply flawed business model. After leaving, I logged onto their website, where the prices were clearly displayed for all to see. Yet, when I sought to make a purchase, I was met with hostility instead of assistance. This treatment is not only unacceptable but downright appalling. If you are an independent, proud woman who does not need a man to make your purchases, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this business. And if you are a dignified man who values respect for your spouse, I also urge you to think twice before engaging with this establishment. BIG MISTAKE- headed to another dealership to buy my summer fun machines.

A week later I called and asked if they had been delivered. They said yes. I scheduled my mechanic appt fur the next day. I took part of my day of the next day and drove to next town to this Autozone to pick up my parts. They couldn't find them!!!! I waited for 20 minutes while the guy searched EVERY nook and cranny, box, backroom, shelves. After all that waiting - he came back with 1 part..... I'm like there's suppose to be 2 parts, I ordered 2 parts. He started looking at the computer order.....the original order was CANCELED as soon as I had placed the order and order had been replaced, but only 1 part was reordered. He said he works would order the other part and it should be here the next day. Why couldn't both parts had been delivered the next day the week before???? They did call me the next day and told me the part was in. I asked if they could see the part and if they had their hands on it, since I waited 20 minutes the day before only to not have them. They banged the box on the counter so I could hear it in their hands. Had to have my mechanic go pick the part up so he could finish the job.

Went to return it and they couldn't find it under my number or anything so I paid 100 dollars for a used tool that has definitely seen better days!
