My son bought a suit and they charged $56 for alterations. When my son first went to pick up the suit they were about to let him walk out of there without it being altered but still were going to charge him for the alterations. Then Saturday we went to pick the suit up and one of the suits as totally messed up. The sleeves were so short and the guy there REFUSED to do anything about it. I'm sure if he had a suit like that he wouldn't wear it but he expects my son to wear it. My son is so distraught because he worked hard to get the money to pay for this suit and now he can't wear it. He is out $120 because your store manage REFUSE to do anything about it. My son said that when he bought the suit he specifically asked the guy if he can make the sleeves longer and the said, emphatically, yes. Of course he's going to say yes because he wanted the money. I am very disappointed with your services and I am going to make sure that everyone knows the bad service they will get if they go to this store. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY NOT TO GIVE YOU GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

If I bought the wrong size, changed my mind, or simply didn't like the shoes, that would be on me. But this is not a return issue. This is a product failure. I purchased these Nike running shoes from the Nike Factory Store/Outlet in White Marsh, Maryland, on Thursday for approximately $71. Within just two days, the sole began separating from the shoe and is now visibly coming apart. These were essentially brand-new shoes that failed almost immediately. When I called the store to explain what happened, I made it very clear I was not trying to return them due to preference or buyer's remorse. I was reporting a defective product that had already broken down after minimal use. The response I received was that the sale was final, nothing could be done, and I was simply out the $71. That level of response is extremely disappointing. An "All Sales Final" policy should apply to normal customer returns--not to merchandise that appears to be defective right out of the box. A shoe that starts falling apart after two days is not normal wear and tear, and it reflects poorly on both product quality and customer support. I expected significantly better from Nike, both in terms of durability and accountability.

I also checked women's intimate apparel to look at pjs and there was a handful of cute sets that were cheap as they were on sale.
