Larry, the owner gave me an estimate which was several hundred dollars less than the insurance estimate. He asked if the insurance was paying and I let him know they were and what their estimate was--but he said I could keep the difference. He did an awesome job, in only 1 1/2 days, and matched the paint beautifully... and he did all this with uncommon old school grace. Then he charged me even less than his own estimate! So it's fixed but when I left I noticed a loud hum coming from the back. I called them and they said the gears had been damaged some from low fluid in it.
