I felt welcomed into the group. There was good energy and I could feel the passion and intensity of the group. I saw diversity I hadn't really seen before - people 20 years younger and 20 years older than me all kicking ass on the bags and lifting heavy weight.‍ I love the enthusiasm for the program. Workouts are ever changing and building - they grow me in ways I haven't encountered before. I never get bored. I am always sore - knowing my muscles are being fully worked. I'd rather be sore from working my body than sore from not. And, I've never been fitter or stronger. I love the competition. After completing the 10 week program you become a FIT member which is even more fun. You now have the option to challenge yourself above and beyond the program - challenges are gamified with partners or teams for cash prizes.
