Christine has pushed me more than I would ever push myself working out alone, but she always offers modifications when appropriate. I had an ankle injury this fall and she made the classes work for me, no questions asked. The workouts might look insane but I have multiple chronic injuries that predate my membership and whenever one or more are bugging me, the trainers are there with modifications and I can go at an intensity that works for my body that day. I'm obese and working on it and not once have I felt like I was being judged or that I didn't belong. It's just the opposite. Give it a try.

Additionally, there is always a 3-free day trial which I will take advantage of when time permits. The format is a group fitness class where everyone does a warm up together, the teacher demos each station, the stations happen and then a group finisher with light stretching closes the format out. Blaine's Burn Boot Camp is located within a small strip mall making parking easy. In addition, there is child care onsite for members which personally, I think is a huge draw. For a newbie, there were plenty of sales pitches and call outs during class advertising my first one. Make sure to check out the website as there's a few locations in the Twin Cities including Woodbury. I know that in today's world, media is king. It was fun (and also a tad bit intimidating) to have all the social media videos going around when you're just trying to get your bearings but it is what it is! I will always be a fan of the post workout photo vs action shots. In terms of the workout, it's all stationary based rotating via different movements two times on a floating floor (which is a floor with a slight bounce similar to a gymnastics floor) making it easier on the joints. The format is very cardio driven with lots of opportunities to modify. Some movements included toe tap floor bounces, jump ropes, squats and I enjoyed that it was only 45-minutes. The environment is very welcoming and teamwork driven. There were tons of high fives, check-points and claps throughout. Sending gratitude for Burn Boot! Thank you for welcoming me so warmly and allowing me to try something new.

Very clean facility. I've been looking for a cardio I can stick to, and I think this is it! A lot of fun, and you control how intense you go. Each instructor has a slightly different style, which means you're building a more complete boxing game. Consistently burning ~475-500 calories per 45 minute class!

I've been a member of Title Boxing in Woodbury, MN for over five years and have always loved the…read morestrong community, excellent coaches, and great workouts. Unfortunately, corporate has decided to close the Woodbury location and redirect members to Edina. While relocating might be acceptable for some, the real issue is the lack of flexibility: longtime members like me can't cancel their memberships via the app. This creates a frustrating situation. Staff at the club are unable to assist, corporate redirects inquiries back to the club, and online chat support offers no resolution. It's during moments like these--when a customer seeks to cancel--that a company's true character is revealed. Sadly, Title Boxing is not showing its best side.

C4 has month to month unlimited packages and 5 or 10 class packages. The price is SO reasonable, and you can try the gym for free for a week. The community is welcoming from the very first day, and Mollie is available to answer all of your questions. I ended up going to the gym 3-4 times a week and tried classes ranging from boot camp to yoga. Prior to C4, I had stopped lifting and was out of shape, but the C4 instructors are ready to help all skill ranges and ages. I consistently had my form corrected and was encouraged to push myself throughout each class. I would stay with C4 forever if I wasn't moving! If you want a variety of fun workouts mixing cardio and strength training, a supportive community, and excellent trainers, you need to try C4. Special thanks to Mollie and Matt for all of the great classes!
