I would recommend you to avoid this business entirely, not only did I not receive any service from…read morethem but I also had to argue to get my deposit back. The woman I spoke to didn't even originally ask for a deposit, but it was sent to her regardless to ensure we would receive a tent and jumper for the day of our party. She called us the day prior saying they wouldn't be able to set up the tent because it would be a little windy. I understand it could sometimes be a liability for them when there is really high winds, however many many other party rental business were still setting up tents, and the forecast wasn't nearly bad enough to cancel. I called her several times and sent her images and videos, but the best she could do was a "we'll see tomorrow" I couldn't wait until the very day of my party to know if I'd even have a tent or if I would have to find someone else, she couldn't even give me an ETA of when they'd arrive to plan ahead. Worst of all was her attitude and response to my genuine worries as a costumer. She was rude and uncooperative, she continued to dismiss my questions as if they were not important. And when I asked for my deposit back she gave me several excuses and going as far as saying she'd send it when she had the time. If you're looking for a reliable party rental in the High Desert, look somewhere else, they are not reliable at all

They then said the earliest they could be there is 11:30. Super frustrating that they stretched their guys too thin and we had to deal with that. If you're on a time crunch or expect them to be there on time I wouldn't recommend but if you're trying to save money, go for it.

First of all I need to make it clear that I'm only giving this business one star because that's the…read moreonly way I can write the review other than that I would give them zero stars. I called to inquire about renting the chairs. My husband is retiring from the military and we are having an event for him at my house the party place we originally rented our 70 chairs from is short 10 chairs. So I reached out to this company La fiesta party supplies and rental to see if I can rent chairs from them. I informed the young man that I only needed 10 chairs. I informed the young man what it is for. I also mentioned that I am more than willing to come from my house which is about 30 miles to pick the chairs up and also drop the chairs off. The young man told me he needed to speak to his boss. When he came back to the phone he informed me that normally it's a dollar a chair but because I am going to come to them and pick them up and drop them off they will charge me extra. I honestly could not believe what I heard. Let me get this straight not only am I saving this company gas and mileage. But the fact that I am willing to do all of this and load and unload the chairs myself you are going to charge me extra. So instead of the $10 or dollar a chair they were going to charge me 30. Not only was the young man rude and completely unprofessional I literally was extremely polite and just what it information. The young man was completely upset that I interrupted his day in the first place. Then after I asked if he could clarify what he was saying because I wasn't sure if I heard it correctly he then yelled and let me know that "I don't have to rent from this place they don't need my business. " Now mind you that may be true but that is The most unprofessional thing I've ever heard. My husband and I did not go to War and fight for a country where people literally are rude and disrespectful especially when you're polite and considerate. It's absolutely disgusting that this is what I went to war to fight for. Come back home and get treated like this. This company is completely unprofessional even when your polite and sweet and kind like he said they don't need your business and they really don't. I feel sorry for businesses like this because if that's what the teaching their employees it's not a good look and karma is everything the way you treat people the way your business will be treated I am currently a business owner and believe me this is very very true.
