I understand it could sometimes be a liability for them when there is really high winds, however many many other party rental business were still setting up tents, and the forecast wasn't nearly bad enough to cancel. I called her several times and sent her images and videos, but the best she could do was a "we'll see tomorrow" I couldn't wait until the very day of my party to know if I'd even have a tent or if I would have to find someone else, she couldn't even give me an ETA of when they'd arrive to plan ahead. Worst of all was her attitude and response to my genuine worries as a costumer. She was rude and uncooperative, she continued to dismiss my questions as if they were not important. And when I asked for my deposit back she gave me several excuses and going as far as saying she'd send it when she had the time. When he came back to the phone he informed me that normally it's a dollar a chair but because I am going to come to them and pick them up and drop them off they will charge me extra.
