I only went here to buy flowers really quick, but whole parking lot was damaged because the indoor swapmeet has closed and being remodeled for a grocery store. The 0.99 cent store had people wandering around the parking lot, cars circling for no reason, front of store had homeless people sitting in front of store looking like they were on drugs. They were sitting next to front door and exit. When I proceeded into the store the flowers were at the front. As I got in line there was 3 motorized wheel chair guys in front of me in line flirting with the register lady. When I left to the parking lot, there was a random guy driving by a lady with short shorts and kid "saying I see you out there" with his windows down driving slow by her. If you have to be in this area go to a grocery store in better area, the other kings ranch market closed, theres no other store nearby, the flower shop closed that use to be down the street.

Don't judge a big lots by it's cover... the Big Lots of Victorville is pretty charming... I don't…read morefrequent this store front as much as I use to... now that I live in LA, but every holiday season or visit I tend to stop in as the organization of this chain and especially this high desert spot in particularly improves each visit. The selection of furniture is massive at BL VV and I believe they (all Big Lots) do free delivery as well as mattress removal and setup if you're in the market for a new/updated style of sleeping. We mostly stopped in for miscellaneous items (not so much furniture... but hey they carry that) and browsing... hoping to score some scented candles and last minute gift items for the family... got an hard plastic iphone case for my sister, some fun toys for the niece and nephews and while the seasonal holiday merch was getting to a bare minimum when we stopped in... we still managed to find quite a bit of last minute items we needed including some great deals on spices (Dill, Parsley, Ground Pepper, etc)... They also have some fun board games on sale for playing with the family and the service on the floor was almost as great as the service we received during check out. All the customers were in the holiday spirit... allowing people to go ahead of them with only one or two items. And though the BL off La Paz Dr... just off the 15 FWY.. is surrounded be a dozen businesses the lot is very spacious for maneuvering around. A dated bargain store that could use an upgrade but is definitely making up for it in so many other ways.

I was coming from Colton so it was ways long about 1hr. I spoke to Mike and he made the pick up a breeze. I took it home and unboxed it and realized the corner of the main piece was damaged. Called up Mike right away and he was quick to make things right. He was gonna have it delivered to me at no cost but since I was eager to have it that same day and couldn't wait we decided to go pick it up at the store and make that drive again. I wanted to make sure that the piece was in good condition as well. When I arrived Bill & Chip helped me out. They were outstanding!!! So attentive and very helpful during the stress I was feeling about my mantel. I left happy! No struggle at all. Thanks Mike, Chip & Bill!!!! Happy Holidays because now I can go home and have a beautiful mantle to decorate just in time for Christmas! Oh and by the way! This Big lots is the only location that has SANTA CLAUSE coming to town December 16!!!! And it's free! Such a great way to give bag! Merry Christmas Chip!!!! Ho ho ho!!

After my items were rang up, I wasn't sure if my 10% had been accounted for. Maria was kind and patient and said it hadn't been accounted for. She asked me to open the app, and she asked permission to touch my phone before she swiped and showed me where the offer had to be activated by me. Then she scanned the barcode in the app, and I saw the discount applied. I appreciate Maria's patience and respect. She didn't just put her fingers on my phone, she asked for permission. She's definitely a rare gem. When I left the store, I looked at my receipt and realized I had been charged twice for toilet paper, and we had only purchased one. I returned to the store (about three minutes later) and explained the situation. Customer service was efficient, and completed my refund since I was incorrectly charged for two. Thank you, Target, for allowing my family and I to purchase items in a clean store and feel respected while we did it. On another note, it was pretty cool to see the samples of cat food and chocolate being offered at the front of the store near produce. Thanks again.

After picking up a couple books for my youngest daughter, we got a coupon for Buy One Cookie Get Another Cookie 50% Off. So why not? We both love cookies. Their cookies were not cheap... $3.50 each. They are a tad bigger than your average Joe cookie LOL, but still. Anyway, that didn't stop us from getting 2 of their cookies. We got 1 Oatmeal Raisin Cookie and 1 Salted Caramel Cookie. Both cookies were really good. The Oatmeal Raisin Cookie could be softer though. Cafe staff was okay. They weren't the most smiley though. That's okay... I guess it all depends on the person and mood at the moment. We ended up paying $5.25 for both cookies. We could have gotten 1 or 2 bags of Chips Ahoy at that price, but hey, you gotta pay the price for premier cookies... name brand will cost you LOL! One last thing, I am glad books are still being published for the public and purchased by consumers for their reading enjoyment.
