They were great with communicating when they were coming and even brought us the stuff the day before the party. The guy who set it up was patient as the little kids followed him around asking a million questions and he didn't get annoyed. The bounce house was clean and well maintained. The tables and chairs worked, but they were a little dirty (one had juice spilled on it when we opened it). Wiping them down wasn't a big deal but that would be my only complaint. Otherwise this will be our go to place for future parties! My son will be 10 soon and we are already looking at which bounce house to rent.

As soon as it was setup they immediately sanitized it with commercial grade disinfectant. Vacuumed all and any debris and filled it up with air and water. It was time. When the children arrived they were in awe and ready to have fun. This thing was enormous. We also rented tables and chairs from them. They were punctual, friendly, and gave us clear instructions about safety. They offered an open line of communication in case we had any issues. It was a pleasure and a good experience. They are family owned and operated. All the children played in it and the entire day was not wasted. They were in it from 7am to 8pm having a blast! RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! This company has the worst customer service ever. In July, the first time I…read morerented items, they were 2 hours late, my party had already started by the time they arrived. They did NOT offer a discount, instead they offered that we keep the jumper an extra hour, which would not benefit me or our guest. My husband had to tell them to give us a discount on the tables and chairs, because they didn't provide the appropriate service. They agreed. NOW, I'm pissed! Since they did give us a discount the last time (after my husband pretty much requested it), I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and do business again. Big Mistake! They asked for a $25 deposit, which I forgot to send prior to my vacation. When I got back, I asked if I could drop it off before I leave for another trip. The woman said not to go to their location, because they work from their home. Instead, send it when I get back from my trip since it was the weekend. Today, they call me demanding the deposit which I sent the day she told me too (yesterday). Her husband is on the phone talking to his wife in the background, saying "she said you said." I can hear everything they are saying. Completely RUDE! Then, the wife gets on the phone and tells me I misunderstood her and she never said that. Blah blah blah. Putting all the blame on me. (Btw, I know I should have sent that check before my vacation, but I can't change it now. I tried to fix it by calling and offering to drop off the check; I also understood that she didn't want me to come to her home. So I do what SHE said, and now its my fault.) WTF! They asked if I still want the rentals and I say yes, so she says okay we'll wait for the deposit then. I offer to cancel the check and pay in full on the day of my party, which is this weekend. She says no, they will wait for it. I say, I still want the rentals on Sunday, to make sure they bring it. She says, ok, but very suspiciously rude. For reals, chop my head off and kill me because I didn't send you $25 freakin' dollars on time. Especially when you could be making $250 on the day of the event. I get off the phone feeling very unsure of what the hell is going to happen this weekend. So, I make a few calls and go with another business. I called Fiesta Jumper back to tell them how rude they were, how unprofessional and petty the situation turned out. You know its serious when I CANCEL THE WEEK OF MY PARTY! AGAIN, they tried blaming me for everything. Telling me it only takes 5-minutes to fill out a check and send it. I tell him that they are making a big fuss over $25 when I'll be paying them $250 on the day of the event. Did they argue with me afterward? Nope. Because they know it's petty too. RUDE RUDE RUDE! Good luck to anyone who does business with these guys! Btw, their jumpers break and they are filthy. The reason they were late to my event the first time was because their jumper on another job broke while setting it up. And our jumper was all dusty and dirty. The guy had to wipe it down before the kids could go in, and the only reason he wiped it was because I noticed it was dirty.

We decided to get a jumper to entertain kids during a house party. Searched around and Keep Events…read morehad the best deal. Communication was through text. A bit blunt but responsive. They take zelle, cash, or card. We wanted something simple: 13by13 bounce house. It cost $85 (prices listed on yelp are outdated). We also took the deal of getting 2 tables and 16 chairs for a total of $103. This includes the set-up of the jumper (not the tables or the chairs). Jumper was delivered by the desired time frame and we were informed when drop-off and pickup was occurring, at least 10 min. in advance warning. The jumper did have a tear on one of its netting but manageable, and the tables and chairs appeared clean. For a last minute search, we were satisfied.
