I have rented from this company since 2004, and have never had any problems. They have always set up with plenty of time for my kids to enjoy before the party and they pick up at good times also. We have rented a variety of jumpers, and all have been exactly as advertised on the website. Prices are reasonable as well, would recommend with out a doubt. read more

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! This company has the worst customer service ever. In July, the first time I rented items, they were 2 hours late, my party had already started by the time they arrived. They did NOT offer a discount, instead they offered that we keep the jumper an extra hour, which would not benefit me or our guest. My husband had to tell them to give us a discount on the tables and chairs, because they didn't provide the appropriate service. They agreed. NOW, I'm pissed! Since they did give us a discount the last time (after my husband pretty much requested it), I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and do business again. Big Mistake! They asked for a $25 deposit, which I forgot to send prior to my vacation. When I got back, I asked if I could drop it off before I leave for another trip. The woman said not to go to their location, because they work from their home. Instead, send it when I get back from my trip since it was the weekend. Today, they call me demanding the deposit which I sent the day she told me too (yesterday). Her husband is on the phone talking to his wife in the background, saying "she said you said." I can hear everything they are saying. Completely RUDE! Then, the wife gets on the phone and tells me I misunderstood her and she never said that. Blah blah blah. Putting all the blame on me. (Btw, I know I should have sent that check before my vacation, but I can't change it now. I tried to fix it by calling and offering to drop off the check; I also understood that she didn't want me to come to her home. So I do what SHE said, and now its my fault.) WTF! They asked if I still want the rentals and I say yes, so she says okay we'll wait for the deposit then. I offer to cancel the check and pay in full on the day of my party, which is this weekend. She says no, they will wait for it. I say, I still want the rentals on Sunday, to make sure they bring it. She says, ok, but very suspiciously rude. For reals, chop my head off and kill me because I didn't send you $25 freakin' dollars on time. Especially when you could be making $250 on the day of the event. I get off the phone feeling very unsure of what the hell is going to happen this weekend. So, I make a few calls and go with another business. I called Fiesta Jumper back to tell them how rude they were, how unprofessional and petty the situation turned out. You know its serious when I CANCEL THE WEEK OF MY PARTY! AGAIN, they tried blaming me for everything. Telling me it only takes 5-minutes to fill out a check and send it. I tell him that they are making a big fuss over $25 when I'll be paying them $250 on the day of the event. Did they argue with me afterward? Nope. Because they know it's petty too. RUDE RUDE RUDE! Good luck to anyone who does business with these guys! Btw, their jumpers break and they are filthy. The reason they were late to my event the first time was because their jumper on another job broke while setting it up. And our jumper was all dusty and dirty. The guy had to wipe it down before the kids could go in, and the only reason he wiped it was because I noticed it was dirty. read more

This jumper rental will eventually be out of business with their horrible service and products. Starting with their jumpers, they are old and dirty. I rented an obstacle course jumper and it had a huge hole, was dirty and the electrical cables were ripped an patched up with tape which caused electrical shortages several times. Called up the owners and never got an answer so I called the person who dropped it off and said they would try to get a hold of the owners but I never got a call back. My party started at 4 and I only had it up for about an hour for the rest of my party I had no jumper. They didn't show up until 9 a.m. the next morning! Claiming they passed by and the jumper was up. Really?!? but they didn't have the decency or professionalism to stop by and see what was going on. I have tons of pictures to prove the jumper was down during 90% of my party. In all my pictures the jumper is down in the background. $215 went to the trash, I didn't get a refund! read more

My jumper had a seam bust 2 1/2 hours into my party and the owner wouldn't bring a new jumper, refund my money and ruined my son's 4th birthday on 2/23/13 because the parents and kids wanted to have cake and split since the children's entertainment was over! Contract mentions nothing of refunds or time limits, which he claimed I had the jumper for 3 hours I was entitled to nothing, but said that thru his employee. Owner refused to speak with me and told me to sue him....: I think I'll do that....he can call me at 310-706-5794 I've already posted in a number of Facebook high desert forums w/over 10000 followers in each VV 411 and VVNG check them out! The worse decision I ever made with using Fiesta Jump Rentals for my Nephew 9th birthday party . The weather took a unexpected turn for the worse that day and I was very worried if we would have a issue with the jumper/ waterslide being set up . The Company was suppose to deliver the waterslide jumper , tables and chairs , and cotton candy machine by 12 pm . My Party stared at 1:00pm which was perfect and gave me enough time to set up for the parent and children to have somewhere to sit and not ruin my carpet inside my house . Well 12 pm came and went and I called Fiesta jump to only get voicemail after Voicemail . Guest started to arrive around 1pm and I have nothing no tables or chairs so I had to welcome into my home . Finally around 1 pm Fiesta jump picks up the phone and said the driver had some issues getting the last party set up and is running behind and not sure when he will arrive . I was frustrated I told them I have guest that are at my house and have nowhere for them to sit and have no entertainment for the children . I called many time after I spoke with them to only get the voicemail again . Finally around 2:30 pm the driver shows up and starts to set up the jumper and I am trying to set the tables up as fast as possible . I demanded I discount because they were 2 and half hours late and the customer service was horrible . The driver spoke to the owner and they agreed to give me 10% off . REALLY 10 Percent for them messing up the whole party . In order to keep my stress in control I paid them 273.00 for them to get on their way and away from me . About 1 hour after they left we discover the jumper was starting to collapse and there was a large hole in of the jumper . I again had to call them and complain ugh . The jumper eventually went back up and the children were able to play again . Around 5 pm Fiesta Jump called to asked if they can pick their equipment up in the morning at that point I was so done with them I did not care . So to sum up the party I spent most the time trying to call fiesta jump and got voicemail and the other half on the phone with them trying to work out the issue we had. If you are reading this review whatever you do DONT RENT FROM THEM . read more

HORRIBLE! If I could give no stars I would. I've been renting from these people since 2010 & have referred numerous people to them. I have never had a problem UNTIL now. I ordered a cotton candy maker yesterday. When they delivered I wasn't home to see the FALSE ADVERTISED cotton candy maker they dropped off. It was a banged up bowl, with no lid, & to top it off the sugar had something that looked like mold growing on it. I called them to get a refund & not only was the woman rude on the phone, when they came to pick up, that same woman & her husband tried to argue their way out of giving me back my refund. Because I was in a rush to go back to the party they said they would be back that same night to drop off the refund. They're ignoring my calls now. I will NEVER rent from them again, the people I referred to them over the years will NEVER rent from them, & I highly suggest no one else does too. Bad service & beyond unprofessional! read more
