It's always fun to visit here as you'll find all kinds of things for around your home. Prices can be fantastic or average so keep your eyes out. They have a rewards/membership program though I don't know if I've ever gotten any sort of discount. I'm particularly pleased that they've expanded their hours a bit more. During the pandemic, they started closing every day at PM. That didn't leave much time for shopping after dinner. They finally extended hours back to closing at 8PM. That's a little better. You'll find clothing very cheap and it is what it is. The quality isn't always bad. Thermals and flannels are hardy and last a while. T-shirts, maybe not so much. But for the prices, I think you'll be pleased. Seasonal items for the garden, the pool, around the yard, holiday decorations, you'll find all of that in here. Pure maple syrup is another hot item here. Watch for the sales when it's really cheap. They also have pet supplies and plenty of other home goods. It's overall a fun store!

I observed her interactions several times in the past there, and no, she is not helpful, mumbles under her breath and appears annoyed at everyone. She's on the shorter side. Appears to be Spanish. You'll know who she is when you see her. She's the one with the bad attitude. Why she's still employed there? Dollar tree must be desperate for staff. Will not go back.

However little 9 year old princess convinced her brother and myself that this store was the place... We relented to her. Alas I havent been in that area much, but I do know that Spring Valley had an itsy bitsy AS. Not anymore people! Apparently they are in place of the huge PathMark that used to be there. Although the "local"s are nosy and pushy (sorry, i speak the truth) the kids heaped up gifts that were really smart and fun. My little princess had to have her "maybe" pile and the little guy was pensive adding numbers and choosing wisely. It did take a while, but I'll tell ya - what a huge selection. We walked out with so much stuff, from make your own jewelry box, hello kitty teddy that opened to a blanket, basketball, school lunch bag with a cool key chain, pens, lip gloss that I am highly considering next years budget to be $10.... Great bang for your buck.

I sometimes visit this location and its affiliate shops nearby (Sierra Trading Post, Homegoods, T. J. Maxx, etc.) to check out their shelves of beauty and hair products. It's a hit or miss type of browsing. Sometimes one can find reputable and organic brands at a hugely discount price, including products from New Zealand, Australia and South Korea. I smiled, took a pause and realized they have no intention of helping me, so I left and shopped at another store where two sales associates went above and beyond to help me find a holiday outfit with no mention of the deep 60% discount I would be receiving. I received an additional 15 % on text! I wasn't even shopping for a discount, so it was a pleasant surprise. Usually, this location has excellent customer service, so it was surprising. All items are tagged with a colored tag and each day offers a discount on items with certain colored tags. E.g. 50 % off Today, I bought 3 things for a Halloween costume, all of which had red tags on a red tag day. To my surprise, all red tagged items were $1. Wow. So, you'll find some great deals if you browse and will even find unique items, novelties, antiques. One of the coolest items I found in great condition a year ago was a blue stuffed kangaroo. It wasn't just any kangaroo. It's a Cheeroo kangaroo from the 1980's! So cool.

The only thing that they didn't take were towels, and there was a big sign on the door that stated that, which helps. Hope it finds a new home! Oh and person who helped us was very pleasant!
