I live down the street and every time I've been in this store for the last two years it's nothing but trash on the floor, stock spilling out into asked. They don't stock the shelves, people pull product from cardboard boxes on the floor and the staff is awful. They don't make eye contact. They don't speak to you. I wasn't even told my total at the register. They should bring some senior management in, close the store for a few days clean and stock everything and do a clean sweep of staff. Horrible store.

Great place to buy little things like napkins and other household goods, but it would be nice if the employees actually showed some customer service in a good way, but it is what it is.

The worst Dollar Tree I've ever been in.

I went to this Dollar Tree for a few simple items and went I walked into the store I was absolutely shocked at the horrible condition it was in. The store looked like it had been completely ransacked. It was dirty looking and not a pleasant place to shop. I understand that this store is in a very busy location and on a Sunday afternoon will reflect that, but this store gave me the impression that absolutely no effort is put into the end of the day recovery most retail stores put into place. I feel like is so to poor management or the store being severely understaffed. The staff was inattentive which partially explained why the store was the way it is. I will probably never shop at this store again.

Store is disorganized, picked over. They never have enough cashiers and the cashiers they do have are rude.

Worst Dollar Tree. It smells and they hardly have any of the amazing dollar tree finds.

You can also go inside and shop, where they have an assortment of clothes, household items, some tvs and who knows what else you'll see! The parking lot has a strange layout and I recommend parking in the strip of spots on the side of the building for easy entry and exit. Items are priced pretty fairly for the most part, considering it's used merchandise. If sometime seems expensive, don't buy it. All items are tagged with a colored tag and each day offers a discount on items with certain colored tags. E.g. 50 % off Today, I bought 3 things for a Halloween costume, all of which had red tags on a red tag day. To my surprise, all red tagged items were $1. Wow. So, you'll find some great deals if you browse and will even find unique items, novelties, antiques. One of the coolest items I found in great condition a year ago was a blue stuffed kangaroo. It wasn't just any kangaroo. It's a Cheeroo kangaroo from the 1980's! So cool.

Highly recommend for donating items, and checking out items too!

Still purchase online from time to time with $89/feee shipping but if it doesn't fit easy enough to return in the store. Located off route 59 it can be a little busy getting there but once in the strip there is ample parking and the store is never busy. Perfect for someone like me who likes to browse or when on a mission- get in and out. For those of you were haven't been to a Sierra picture a Marshall's or TJ Maxx but for outdoor active consumers (owned by same parent company). You can literally find everything from shoes to swimwear to ski gear, shorts and tees. The list goes on and on. Lots of name brands and high quality items. Water bottles, socks, skateboards and I recall seeing a kayak at some point. Point is if you are looking for anything to either wear under or over or by itself within the active bracket come here. You'll find accessories along the way. The store is clean, organized and the staff has always been very friendly. In fact since I've been coming here there are a few loyal workers who have been with me since the beginning. It's always nice to see a familiar face. And if you suddenly get hungry or thirsty or feel the need to go shopping when leaving the store you'll find an Aldi, liquor store, Petco, McDonalds, Chilis add more in the strip which is perfect.

Two cashiers at the register, one manager right next to them, line of 12 people... super long wait…read moreand super slow doing everything. What frustrated me was the lack of care (and attention) for how long the line was. The cashiers didn't even notice, or try to ring items up a bit faster. Manager moved even slower so no help there. The woman that rang me up had to switch registers due to a glitch on the computer- no problem. The speed at which she was moving, problem, because it caused the line to get backed up and people were getting impatient. She assumed my frustration was due to switching to a new register- it wasn't. It was the lack of attention from both cashiers about how quickly the line was building and adapting, aka doing your best to get people in and out. Now I don't know if this was the best they could do or if they were new but this whole experience could have been better. Instead the two cashiers chitchatted about everything under the sun, slowly typed in peoples' emails, slowly asked about signing up for a card, slowly took the tags off, and slowly packed everything into the bag. This is why Sierra has a ton of online orders- too slow when you come into the store which is unfortunate because the store has good stuff. Dear Sierra, please train cashiers to move quickly when lines are long and more importantly, having the awareness to notice that.
