I was looking for an electric bike and they have a pretty good range - in price and in features. They also have a good range of regular bikes, and accessories too. Staff have good knowledge and when I presented my list of 'must haves' and 'highly desirables' they were able to direct me to the selection they had that fit. You can take the bike for a test ride, or for a 24 hour period to try it out before you buy too which is great. Price was more or less what I expected, but they have good after sales service and assistance as needed, and their membership ($5/year) gives you access to some pretty good discounts and other perks. Had been doing some research online for ebikes. Found the 99 bikes website, saw they had access to many brands and styles. We drove to the Artarmon store and was assisted by Jervis. Jervis was extremely helpful, explained different styles, different features, quized us on our riding styles and budget and showed us a range of bikes that could suit. We were able to see the bikes, ride the bikes and determine what we liked. We have ordered the bikes which were well inside our budget and are looking forward to collecting them this weekend. I spent weeks looking into changing up to an electric bike. I visited many stores across Sydney and viewed bikes on the Central Coast. I went to 99 Bikes Artarmon on the off chance as I was driving by. I was met by Harry and he immediately engaged into exactly what I wanted to try and achieve and showed me a range of bikes that suited my needs precisely. Very helpful and patient customer service. Every time we have been in we have been greeted with knowledgeable people who could direct my son in bikes and scooters. They asked what he wanted to do with the boke/scooter (i.e tricks, race, just muck around etc) ad measured him to ensure he was getting the right size. They also beat the lowest price I found by an extra 5% - it was hard to find a place who stocked the same product cheaper - it just happened the other store were having a sale and 99 Bikes still beat the sale price. read more

As a 1st time customer, I went to 99Bikes with somewhat open expectations. I dealt with sales guy called Jarvis, who was exceptionally nice, informative, helpful and patient. Although I didn't intend purchasing an eBike (I was more of a "tyre kicker") and went in primarily to buy some lights, I ended up buying one from 99Bikes a week later. Harry who works at the Artarmon store went above and beyond helping me, I was trying to find a new cycling helmet and wasn't able to find a giro synthe mips helmet at the store, so he lent me his personal giro synthe mips helmet to try on and get a feel for the helmet, after trying it on i was able to figure out it wasn't the right helmet for me saving me time and money, we were able to eventually settle on another helmet read more

My son came in wanting a certain type of bike but after trying a few and some recommendations from the sales assistant, he ended up with a different bike which he is really really happy with.
