This was my experience, of Friday I looked at Bikebug website and deleted nth sydney store to order a helmet and bell, which I needed for the weekend, I checked the and both items indicated they were in stock in store, in an attempt to streamline the collection process I selected the "click and collect" option at checkout and paid online
I called in Friday afternoon to pick up my purchases after waiting for a personal conversation to finish I got one of the staffs attention who dismissed my inquire saying you will be lucky to see my goods by Monday, mentioned the stock level online indicated they were in store bit he refused to check saying the order was filled by the wharehouse and returned to his conversation with the mechanic
When I returned home I called the unattended support phone line and left a message in the hope I would have my order on Saturday i was unable to speak with staff despite requesting a return call an making additional calls to the only online help number listed only to reach voicemail.
With dwindling hope to get my order for the weekend I called the store to see if my order had arrived the stock was available in store he person i spoke with explained that there was no a click and collect service only for high end bikes, and when I tried to explain my situation he was dismissive and when asked if he could check width someone ne became aggressive and abusive, when I asked if I could speak to another staff member and i he said no and hung up on me!
