Very dissatisfied customer. Purchased a 30cm bike with a parent handle. Phoned 12 months later to let them know that the pedal had fallen off and the handle was no longer working, was asked what I wanted them to do about it. I asked if they could repair it, the man was very rude and stated that I would be charged. The bike has only been used a handful of times. Very disappointed that I chose to service a local business- I will not make the same mistake again! read more
