When they worked on your legs for instance, both of them are uncovered. It made me feel cold. They don't tell you what is coming so be aware if you asked for hot stones and warm towels. Within a few short minutes Grace introduced herself and led me to a treatment room where we had a short discussion followed by an amazing treatment. The room was clean, the bed was arranged perfectly, set to a good temperature, and complete with clean and comfortable sheets and blankets. I chose the 80min muscle melter kind of on a whim, but it turned out to be the perfect treatment. Grace was welcoming, friendly, attentive, responsive, and professional.
