He left a message stating our health care insurance covered their accupuncture services and she would only need to pay the office visit deductible of $25. Our insurance company said that they were "out of network" and after our $2700 deductible was met for out of network providers then she would have to pay 50% of the providers office visit charge. Our office visit charge is $40 for in network providers, not $25, unless his accupuncture service is $50. Very misleading.

I have been seeing her since the beginning of March and she has been a great help not only for my physical pains but also for my mental health. She doesn't make me feel like I'm crazy and the techniques she uses have been a great help with my pains and Lupus flare ups. Before I started seeing her I was always in pain and was not living my best life, after being her patient I can honestly say that she has helped me with both my physical pains and the mental issues that tend to arise from my diagnosis. She takes her time with each patient and she explains everything to you. She is the only person that I've seen that has not tried pushing medications on me that can help with my illness but can cause cancer or something else to happen to me. She is a naturopath and she only recommends vitamins or herbal supplements that can help with my illnesses. So far she has been a big help with helping feel better.

Unfortunately I was 5 minutes late due to not knowing the area, which was refected in my massage time. I had a 55 minute massage not the 60 that it should of been. Although they accommodate my request for an earlier appointment, which was commendable, the therapist Shere felt she had to remind me of how lucky I was they did that because that was there lunch hour. That wasn't the only off color comment she made throughout the massage. I needed badly to relax which I did not achieve. I was looking forward to finding a new wellness center where I could not only have massages but also could utilize all that they offered. Unfortunately again, the unwelcome feeling I received from the front desk and massage therapist has thwarted my plans for continuing on with this center.
