I wouldn't leave my purse or belongings sitting out in the open or even in a locker unlocked. So that is kind of silly to begin with and yes it could've been an employee but it could've happened with another customer or member as well. I would not leave my belongings in a locker without a lock if there was a security guard & a camera watching the lockers. Unfortunately we live in a world where locks are needed.. duh ... The staff seems very nice. They don't don't actually do a lot .Last time I was there there was at least five or more of the staff standing around the desk and not walking around or monitoring anything. The place was kind of empty but then there should be so many on staff at that time. The facility is pretty clean. Yes like it any place there are some jerks that don't clean off the equipment so you could either report them at the desk, say something to them yourself or like me just clean the equipment yourself before and after you used it. It is a pain but at least i dont get or leave my germs or sweat for someone else.. For what you pay for you get a decent gym. With decent equipment and I guess you just have to pick what time to go that it's not busy. There are not a lot of germs in this area, and we are lucky enough to have one that is open 24 hours except on the weekends which they're still open in enough time that you can get your ass there if you really wanted to. No place is perfect but this is a pretty decent gym. If people were a little bit more conscious, courteous, and used a little bit of common sense. It would be even better.

They have a separate entrance for the women's gym, but since we are both male we went through the regular entrance. If you're a female, you an use both. They have a little dining section right when you enter where you can make coffee and relax. The rest of the floor is the gym which is massive; I'll be honest in that I didn't get to see everything cause we were pressed for time. They have a very nice pool and hot tub in the back. I didn't get to swim but the pool looks nice and clean. Locker room is in need of some updates. It was a little crusty and the carpet was peeling in some spots. Overall, it's a nice family gym that needs some small updates here and there. I will definitely be back!

All calls were from different people claiming I never called, my account had no notes and that I had a balance. Additionally I had a poor experience with one of the managers named Gabbie. Was told I was going in loops when describing my frustration, spoke over me throughout most of the call which made it difficult to get to an understanding, could not remember my name and was told that I was one of 2,000 people so that she was incapable of remembering my name. Aside from that, I was misgendered when addressed on the phone but at that point I was already checked out and decided to cancel my membership. There is more I could say but again at that point my decision was made Unfortunately once I arrived at the gym to cancel the membership I was told by a different manager that I could not do that being that there was an outstanding balance, despite what Gabbie said. He became very confrontational and behaved like a toddler when I confronted him about the job he was paid to do not being complete. He then lied to the vendor Thermasol about the issue and told them that he is being treated unfairly. He is unprofessional, has an incredibly bad attitude, and has no customer service skills. Furthermore he is careless and incompetent. Run, don't walk, away from doing business with this company.
