I recently completed a 14 day detox cleanse carefully guided by Julie. Although it was not easy, it was so worth it. I feel so much better. I've lost the bloated feeling and my tummy thanks me. Julie was fantastic and kept me motivated practically daily. I have also tried guided meditation and yoga and I feel wonderful.
