The practice has a personalized, small business feel and differentiates itself from all those large clinics out there these days. She has really gotten to know me and appreciates my business. But that personalized care translates into treating conditions that other doctors might not have the time and/or patience to delve into. For instance, she seemed genuinely concerned that I had chronically tight calves. She really investigated options for me while other practitioners just told me to stretch more. Unfortunately I was 5 minutes late due to not knowing the area, which was refected in my massage time. I had a 55 minute massage not the 60 that it should of been. Although they accommodate my request for an earlier appointment, which was commendable, the therapist Shere felt she had to remind me of how lucky I was they did that because that was there lunch hour. That wasn't the only off color comment she made throughout the massage. I needed badly to relax which I did not achieve. I was looking forward to finding a new wellness center where I could not only have massages but also could utilize all that they offered.
