I had an issue with my SUV a few days back and we used Atlantic to tow it from Boca to the dealer in Delray. Not only was the driver punctual and professional, he really went out of his way to make our experience a positive one. For example, he offered a helpful diagnostic analysis for our issue, he didn't require that we wait with the disabled car at pickup and finally, he dropped the car and keys with the clerk at the service desk and sent a confirmation text to let us know. These things may not seem like that big a deal, but for a stressed out and busy parent with two kids along for the boring ride, these conveniences were huge. I would definitely recommend Atlantic Towing if you are ever in need of a quality towing company. Five stars from me. Excellent work guys!

Nations Safe Drivers is a SCAM!!! They're initially nice to you on the phone to set up to lose in…read morethe end. I called in my once a year windshield replacement coverage (I'm supposed to have & when needed) and they did a total play on words to screw me out of my reimbursement. They will not thoroughly explain their process but lead you to believe everything is easy and straight forward, no BS. That's all it was, BS!!! My car was in the shop for an unrelated recall repair which took longer than expected. In the interim, I contacted this company to have my cracked windshield replaced. I explained the crack is spreading and it's illegal to drive on the highway w/out getting a ticket, especially in Chicago. Since it was going to take several days for them to come out, and my car was already in the Acura Dealership, I asked, if I have the windshield replaced and pay out of pocket, will it be reimbursed? The rep told me yes as long as I have a detailed invoice showing what was done and that I paid for it, no problem. She gave me an email and claim#. I asked again, "Are you sure this isn't a problem and I'll definitely get reimbursed?" And she assured me, absolutely and there won't be any issues. I even spoke w/ their team who was going to come out and he confirmed it was okay for me to pay for the replacement and get reimbursement w/out issues. All LIES!!! When they denied the claim they stated the reason as: "Authorization for replacement was not provided. Therefore, we will be unable to consider payment of your claim." What kind of crap is that?! Then, every conversation was a play on words. Repair vs Replacement; Authorization code vs Claim#, etc. When I asked for a supervisor, the condescending jerk, "Pascual", gets on the phone. He didn't ask permission to call me by my first name but continued to do so. I told him to call me sir. He refused to give me his Manager's name or contact information when I asked for it. I called back to speak w/ a manager and he made sure to have is staff let them know when I called back so he could intercept the call which he did. He gave me an appeals email which will clearly not be over-turned based on the same BS when they gave me the permission. I just put in a complaint to speak to someone higher up in Client Relations. We'll see if they handle this or not. Either way I really needed to make sure I gave this company a bad review on YELP! I wish I would've read the reviews about this company before I submitted my claim. This company is trash, avoid them like the plague and make sure others know too. Follow Up Ending: Finally, after I escalated the complaint several times, I was contacted by someone who helped me in the end. After realizing the initial rep & supervisor didn't handle the situation properly nor was I explained the proper procedure on the initial end, the Escalation Manager apologized and decided to refund my money. The supervisor should've resolved it in the first place. Obviously he needs training & mentoring, otherwise, someone else more qualified deserves his position. I will bump the stars to a 2.

I turned in all the documents they asked for and it took a little over a month for them to complete the claim and submit it to the under writer for payment. It took 20 days for them to make a decision and they basically closed my claim without payment and didn't give any reasons of why that was the decision made. I had to find this out through the website portal. No one called or emailed me about the decision of not to pay. This business is very unprofessional and a fraud. They accepted my GAP payments for over 4 years and denied my claim when I needed to pay off a 2,500 balance to my lender after the insurance payment. Stay far away from these people and tell anyone that you know looking for GAP insurance to do the same. Straight rip-off!
