I drove 2 hrs to this dealership because they had a 1974 Bronco for sale at a to good to be true price so I spent all morning researching this Bronco and headed to the dealership just to find 5 others in the parking lot waiting to see the Bronco and the dealership never even opened. All the cars on there website were 100% different then the crap they had on the lot. SCAM , FAKE My mother in law bought a vehicle from here which stopped working within 2 weeks . We were advised to call and speak to Charlie the "mechanic" he DIDNT EVEN know what was wrong with the vehicle & actually advised us to contact Mike and suggested we get our money back . A week later I call his office & mike is in the "hospital " per the rude asss receptionist lady who works there . She instantly started saying well we're not taking the car back & were not giving you your money back. AFTER WE WERE INSTRUCTED BY MIKE TO FOLLOW BACK UP ONCE WE SPOKE TO CHARLIE . This place is pathetic & such a scam we even witnessed Mike selling a vehicle to a gentlemen and within 10 minutes the guy returned demanding his money back . My parents bought a car here in March. They should have walked away from this shady dealership. It was one bad experience after another. First, after my parents decided which car they wanted, they wanted to pay with their debit card. They had all the money in the bank to pay for the car in full. The lady there, for whatever reason, wouldn't run the card and told my parents to go get a check from the bank. My parents drove around for several hours looking for a bank that was open on a Saturday afternoon. They went back to the dealership without a check as all the banks were closed and told the lady they would come back some other day. Now, she decides to run the debit card and of course it goes through. Later, the DMV paperwork comes in the mail and the dealership had spelled my mom's name wrong. My mom had caught it at the time and corrected it. They assured her they would correct it on their end, but they didn't. We called them about it and they said "Just go to the DMV and fix it. It's so easy!" So my mom had to find time in her 10 hour work days to go to the DMV and fix the dealership's mistake. Now my mom gets a Vehicle Registration Renewal Notice in the mail. During the talks with Finance, they had told her there was a $380 fee that would go towards 2 years on the registration so they wouldn't have to worry about the registration for 2 years. I called them and talked to the manager, Valeria. She was very short and very rude and she hung up on me the first time when I asked her about the fee. She explained the fee was because they renewed the registration at the time of purchase and now there's a renewal. She said "Pay the fee to the DMV and that's it." I said "So we're getting a registration renewal now and it's only been 3 months..." She said "Actually, it's been 5 months," which she's admitting it hasn't been a year yet. I asked about the fee again and she changes the story saying the fee is because there were fees attached to the car due to the car being repossessed. I told her that's not what was told to my mom at the time of purchase. Her response is "She signed the papers, she walked out the door, she drove off the lot. There's nothing I can do about it. We're done." Basically she's saying "You were lied to and I don't care." I don't know why my parents didn't walk away from this place. My advice to you is that you should not only walk away from this dealership, but run! Waste of time and money. read more

I bought a 2006 Ford Fusion from here at the end of February, and the car was supposed to have a 3 month warranty that I paid for. I never received the warranty information like they said I would, despite multiple requests for it. Right at the end of what would have been the warranty period, the engine dies completely. A short circuit destroyed the ignition coils, computer, spark plugs... everything. The car is totaled. I call up the company that was supposed to service the warranty, hoping they will honor the warranty since this doesn't just happen overnight; the car likely had the issue at the time of sale and was "fixed" until it wasn't their problem anymore. Well, come to find out the warranty company has absolutely no record of the car. They pocketed the extra cash and didn't activate the warranty. After that I called this dealer back, explaining the situation, and the owner yelled and cursed me out, literally saying "go f- yourself." I will be filing complaints and lawsuits. We purchased a 2011 BMW 3 weeks ago, haven't even put 300 miles on it, the transmission needs to be replaced. Which is highly unusual for these cars. Take it in for full diagnostics check come to find out vehicle was badly damaged in an accident. This was never disclosed to us. Further more upon doing our homework it's had at least 5 previous owners! We were told ONE! Also we looked over the reports and discovered SEVERAL conflicting reports on the mileage reported. I can't give a review as I've never purchased from this place. But they have just started listing a ton of cars very cheap on Facebook's market. You can see the license plates in some of the pictures and they are all from the south east. Be careful as there was just a hurricane there and I'm sure some cars were damaged and paid out by insurance companies. I'd do a lot of research before buying a car from out of state. read more

This place is a scam, they sold me a Tahoe that had electric issues. The car was not even in perfect condition to sale at all. They had the car running to make it look good. I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy. When I purchased the used car from them, I was told that it was completely checked out and that everything worked. I stopped on the way home, and the key wouldn't unlock the car! I had to call an unlock service, who unlocked the car, but then it wouldn't start! So I had to call a key place, who came out and had to make another key, but the car still wouldn't start. The lock was broken, and they somehow did a temporary fix, to get it started so I could get home to the bay area. He told me not to lock the car. It wouldn't start again the next morning, so I had it towed in to Meineke, who found out that the lock was broken, and then the driver's side window fell down! $845.00 to get it fixed. There has been over $5000 in repairs just to get it working since then, and they won't return my calls. Furthermore, they never ordered my license plates, so I have to file a police report, and go to DMV with the report and pay for new plates. I called them again, to no avail. I am planning on taking them to small claims court. Oh, and by the way, it is in the shop again today. There is an electrical short and my car wouldn't start again....after replacing the battery! Nothing bothers me more than horrible customer service and rude people! I wish I can give them zero star. My husband and I drove 2 hours to check out a 2015 "black" Honda Civic and we arrived after 1030 (which is when they open on Sundays), the gates were locked so we called and the woman who picked up said they weren't opening until 1130. Okay, no biggy! We checked out other cars in the area and decided to go back to look at the Civic when they opened. Boy! What a mistake!!! We drove up to the office and there were no parking. We were expecting someone to greet us or at least tell us where we could park. No one did. We parked across the street and walked over. We walked up to the office and looked for a sales person and there were no one who came to greet us or help us. We looked into the office window and saw several people in the office, looking at us then turned and continued doing whatever they were doing. No one budge or even attempted to acknowledge us! It wasn't until my husband went inside and asked to see the Civic when a woman walked out and pointed in the direction of the car and walked back into the office. WTF lady! It would have taken her an extra ten seconds to walk us over to the car and asked if we had any questions. We immediately left. No matter how great the car was (which it wasn't, there was a huge dint on the front bumper) or no matter how great the deal was... nothing would have made me want to purchase a car from them. Oh not to mention, the car was actually purple. Not black as advertised on multiple sites. The place looks just as bad as their customer service. I was appalled to see 3 toilets outside and random things that you don't expect to see at a car dealership. Recently purchased a car from this place that had a stereo missing because it was stolen , Was told to coordinate with an under the table contract men they provided about re installing a new stereo who lacks basic communication skill as well as customer service. BUYER BEWARE: THINK LONG AND HARD BEFORE PUCHASING FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!!!!! Funny how the only good reviews are from 2 different user names but the same person. If you really look at the pictures for both users closely you will notice that it is actually an employee who works there. The real reviews are from actual people who have bought cars from them. The other funny part is how these supposedly good reviews conveniently come after a bad reviews. So let's see if a good review come after this review. So I purchased a vehicle from a salesperson Mike on March 4, 2019. I went to the dealership on a Saturday look to purchase a 2006 Range Rover. When I arrived at the dealership there was a piece missing from the vehicle so I started to leave. As I was leaving I seen a 2011 Audi Q7. I purchased the Audi on March 4th with promises from Mike to repair some items on the vehicle. I was told I would receive a call the next day to set an appointment for repairs. I leave with the vehicle. Notice I had no gas so I go to the gas station. After paying for gas, I try to open the gas door and it falls off onto my hand . I call Mike and he states he will fix it. I drive home. I do not receive a call the next day nor the following day. I call on Thursday and then I was told I have an appointment for Monday. Now mind you I don't drive the car all week. I decide to drive the car on Saturday and the check engine light comes on. I drive to the dealership to speak to Mike regarding the issues. I noticed he had customers and ask could we speak inside, he said no we can speak now. I started to talk to him about the issues (never was I rude nor did I raise my voice) and he became rude and called me a 'Bitch'. My attorney was contacted at that point. I have tried to correct the issues and still to no avail. I have been patient and professional with the in every interaction. I have even talked to someone who claims to represent the owners and still nothing. I have placed a complaint with the Department of Motor Vehicles. They can deny everything but every interaction and phone call I have had with them has been recorded. So now onto small claims court we go. read more

My one word of advice if you are thinking of buying a car from here is DON'T, unless you want to be on a first name basis with a mechanic all before you get your first bank payment in. The car was sold to me with a check engine light and tire pressure monitor failure lights on. I advised them of this. They supposedly changed an emissions part out but I think they just erased the trouble code without fixing it. Ive barely had the car a month and have been to the bmw dealership to fix it 4 times now. Each time resulting in a different problem causing the check engine light. The people at 916 auto told me the tire pressure monitor light was on because they had changed the tires on it. It ended up being a dead battery on a tps sensor. Im still forking over thousands of dollars trying to get the check engine light off. When I called the owner and asked for help, he told me I was stupid for taking it into the dealership for factory warranty work trying to get the check engine light fixed. And when I told him that the car would not pass smog with the check engine light on, he said it didnt need to be smogged. Im sure the owner will follow up this review with arguments equivalent of that of a two year old with name calling and all, he is not professional at all and hung up on me on the phone just like previous reviewers have stated. Im now stuck with a $12,000 car that wont smog and still having to make payments on this car I only bought in April 2019. Dont take my word for it, but all the other negative reviews which I now believe are true and look elsewhere for your major investment.
