Car runs and drive perfectly, possible acceleration lag? I called Luis and asked if it was possible to fix this issue as I had just bought the car within 72 hours when the CE light came on, apparently it was going to be a cost that was and should have never been intended. I feel played and bamboozled to an extent and I truly wish that I had some kind of relief to get the issue taken care of. I'm not sure if I'd go back or recommend after multiple calls to address this, as well as trying to get them to take the rest of my car payment. I wish I could rate higher, but I did not intend on buying a car and then expect to pay more shortly after to repair what should have already been taken care of.

Thursday night, I had a major oil leak. I called them Friday morning and they fixed it right away no hesitations no questions. Pick it back up Friday ran great. Saturday and she doesn't start. I'm not a mechanic so I have no idea why but I guess the battery but they went above and beyond they drove to my to the vehicle got it started. I drove it to the dealership and they fixed it and I had it back again the same day. If you ask me that is above and beyond what a dealership has to do when selling a used vehicle. Over the years my family has purchased several vehicles from the dealership and they've always treated us with respect and this time they went above and beyond!!! I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to buy a vehicle.

Prestige Wholesale agreed to repair it, ONLY. if their mechanic did the work. Long story short they botched the repair, didn't bolt down the manifold, left the vacuum hose disconnected, and a rag left next to the engine. All the coolant went into the engine, ruining the engine. They breached their agreement, didn't keep their promise and tried to tell me they went above and beyond . They got paid the $20k for the truck and I got a truck unsafe to drive. Not much integrity when you don't follow through with your promise. I've never purchased a vehicle from such an unprofessional company who doesn't want to take responsibility for their own screw up. That's not how family treats one another!

He said " ... sorry, but I need a commitment that you are going to buy this truck today before you can test drive it. I mean, we have to find it on the lot, get it ready ... it's a lot. So let's talk about price and financing first." WTF? Seriously? I paid $200 for an inspection because I couldn't be there in person - you don't think I'm even maybe a little bit serious about wanting to buy this truck? I said ... "well, do you think you could pull it around and let us at least open the doors and look at it?" He said, sure, sure, we can do that. Then he wanders off and doesn't come back. We wait a bit, and then a bit more. At this point we are thinking that the truck could be the best deal in the world and we would NEVER buy something from this outfit. Incredible. The reason the deal stopped was because the vehicle developed multiple serious issues during my test drives. On the first and second test drive, the vehicle triggered: * Check engine light * Battery charging malfunction warning * Engine overheating warning * Limp mode, limiting the car to under 1,500 RPM After returning to the dealership, I personally inspected the vehicle and found the main pulley had failed/separated. What concerns me is that the vehicle was advertised across multiple sites as being "fully inspected & serviced by our state-of-the-art top-rated service department." Based on the condition the vehicle presented in during my visit, I do not feel that statement reflected my experience. If I wasn't serious about purchasing the vehicle, I would not have: * Sent a $1,000 deposit * Booked a flight from Southern California to Sacramento * Planned to drive the vehicle 7-8 hours home At no point was I unwilling to buy the vehicle due to paperwork. The transaction never progressed that far because the focus became the vehicle's mechanical condition and drivability concerns. My review was based entirely on my actual experience at the dealership.
