Car runs and drive perfectly, possible acceleration lag? I called Luis and asked if it was possible to fix this issue as I had just bought the car within 72 hours when the CE light came on, apparently it was going to be a cost that was and should have never been intended. I feel played and bamboozled to an extent and I truly wish that I had some kind of relief to get the issue taken care of. I'm not sure if I'd go back or recommend after multiple calls to address this, as well as trying to get them to take the rest of my car payment. I wish I could rate higher, but I did not intend on buying a car and then expect to pay more shortly after to repair what should have already been taken care of.

The finance department was also slow to process the trade-in payoff, which caused me to have to make another payment almost three weeks later. When I asked about it, they blamed "old processes," but the payoff instructions were clearly laid out in the documents they received from my lender. On top of that, they sent the registration without the plates, and it took another week before those finally showed up. Overall, the car itself is fine, but the buying process was scattered and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this dealership unless they happen to have the exact vehicle you're looking for.

They got paid the $20k for the truck and I got a truck unsafe to drive. Not much integrity when you don't follow through with your promise.
