Zal efficiently replaced a jury-rigged pipe under my kitchen sink, that had plagued me for years. Zal then showed me, & repaired another leak, that a previous plumber had told me he'd fix. From there he discovered the blockage in my drain. Zal did not give up. He kept snaking the pipes until he freed the stubborn clog. This all took hours. I would give him 5 stars. He fixed the issue in 5 minutes. The reason I'm leaving 1 star is because they sent us this second guy JD, who sneaked into our house together with the plumber. He came with an iPad, and made a whole sales presentation at the expense of my time. And I was in pain - I told him I strained my back heavily. He didn't care. He wanted to finish his 30min long presentation and sell me a filter for freaking $7800! I told him several times, that I'm not interested in any whole house filters that cost more than a thousand, because it's not my property, but he kept just going on and on and on. What the heck? That's soliciting. That was without consent. That's violation of my peace and privacy. I expected a plumber, but I got a sales pitch. ====*===== Florida law (Fla. We had an ongoing mold and water damage insurance claim in our condo that the insurance company didn't want to pay for. Our condo had previous history of the stack pipes leaking. A leak detection company determined that our bathtub drain was leaking. We needed to determine if there were two leaks or only one. Tony helped us to find that there was only one leak. He recommended an insurance adjuster who he did business with to help us with our insurance claim. He installed a shower instead of replacing the bathtub. We encountered a big problem the main power line for many condos was running through our bathroom drain and was damaged installing the shower. Tony helped us determine the best way to repair everything properly. We had to go through insurance litigation which took 2 years for us to receive the money to fix our place properly.
