Each time the service men took their time explaining the issue/giving options and opinions. They never pushed for sales and have extremely fair prices. The company is smaller, and you really get that closer/family feel with them, which I love. I cannot recommend this place enough. You will not regret it. They just came and installed a new AC unit and did an outstanding job for an amazing price. They come out pretty quick too, so no long wait to have your service done. Every conversation we've had is combative and she won't let you get a word in. My first time working with the company was frustrating. I originally called in wanting to get some information on cleaning and sealing a small AC duct. The pricing that was given to me was around $200 after discussing with my client and them agreeing. I called them back to schedule the appointment. Due to some miscommunication, they ended up scheduling me for more than I had agreed to and ended up completely dismantling and cleaning the AC unit itself. The technicians were absolutely amazing and did an excellent job, and this was no fault of theirs however, when I received a $900 bill I was a little alarmed to say the least. When I called to try to see where the disconnect was, I was met with so much hostility that I ended up just caving and agreeing to pay around $600. I do not live in this unit and was only fixing it up for my client to be able to rent it out. I returned about a week later to a very hot apartment. We checked everything that we could and even replaced the thermostat. We left the unit with the new thermostat as we went on vacation, hoping that that was the issue. When we returned, however, the air conditioner was still not running properly. So we called their company to see if they could return and see if maybe something happened when they were cleaning the unit. They came and preformed troubleshooting for about an hour and determined it was the thermostat. They installed the one we had already tried and claimed it was working and left. I haven't been back to the unit to confirm if all is well yet. But when we got on the phone with Molly she accused us of tampering with the thermostat and re-wiring things. Called my husband a liar and was shouting over us as we were trying to explain the situation. She claimed it wasn't their fault as we had the technicians come back two weeks later. I tried to explain to her that nobody lives in this unit and there's no way we would've known it was a problem until we returned. Obviously, if you had a plumber out to your house and all of a sudden your pipe started leaking, you would assume that the plumber did something and want them to take a look to fix the issue. I think calling them was the logical next step. I'm still not entirely sure if it is in fact the thermostat but regardless, if I need future fixes in the future, I'm not using this company. I have never, my life been treated so poorly by a business. It's such a shame because their technicians were great and deserve a better and healthier work environment. I've been told she is the owner, but I hope to God that she just sticks with paperwork instead of dealing with employees or customers.

In addition, on Sunday, June 18, 2023, a neighbor of mine was frantic that her A/C stopped working and she has a 7 month son. Well, I called Aloha and Jared got right on it and sent over Richard. He assessed the problem to be a blocked condensate line, vacuumed it out, put some algae tablets in, and the unit is back to normal. If you want emergency service, you can count on Aloha Conditioning to get the job done right. You will be glad you did.

Only in my follow up communication days after the service visit did they change their recommendation with no substantial response to my inquiries for the change in their recommendation other than "don't go all engineer on me" (shown in screenshots of conversation) While on site, I never accused them of taking advantage of any situation and had an amicable conversation with Carlos. Only after reaching out via text [days after] the service visit and being advised that they changed their original recommendation did I bring up a "bait and switch" and seeking a second opinion as shown in the text message conversation screenshots below followed by their outright disrespectful attitude. In no way were we keeping the business owners away from the homeowner, who is my mother-in-law. There is a Language barrier and she directly asked us (Her daughter, and myself) to take over and assist with the A/C issue or concerns there may be If you look at the timeframe of when my review was posted, it was posted (3 months ago) on June 18, 2026 The business is BLATANTLY LYING in their reply by stating that "this review was posted after this individual moved out of state and is no longer residing at the home" As of this review Update (on September 16, 2026) I am more than happy to confirm that as of August 31, 2026 I no longer reside at the property, and have in fact moved out of state. This is 2 and a half months AFTER my original review was posted on 6/18/2026 with evidence of these time frames.
