Wendy and her team were super knowledgable about the market and basically held my hand through the whole process. We had some bumps in the road in my repair negotiations but the team was extremely patient with me and made sure that my best interests were at the forefront of all negotiations. Between Wendy and her admin, Lexy- they were always available to me when I had questions or concerns. The marketing efforts they did to sell my home went above and beyond what other agents that I interviewed offered for sellers. Not only that, but they're super nice people as well! I'm so happy with my choice and I highly recommend them. If you're looking for a strong team, tons of experience, and good people- they're it!

I have worked with other real estate agents on the same property but had no success, didn't even receive a single offer with the other agents. Following extensive research, I decided to reach out to Ms Allen and from that point on she took care of everything. She immediately came by to assess the property, quickly identified needed fix ups and arranged for trusted professionals to complete the fix, and within one week she had the condo listed and scheduled for an open house. I live in California so it would have been very difficult to fly out to Florida and manage these issues. However, thanks to Ms Allen all of this was taken care of. She is efficient, highly competent, and very trustworthy professional. I would highly recommend her as an agent to represent your property. Go with Wendi Allen and I promise you will not regret it.

Hi wanted to thank Lillian and her team, JoEllen and Jayne, in the strongest possible terms. They…read morewere absolutely extraordinay, a real privilege to have them in such a delicate time as selling my home. She and her team did first an amazing work analyzing the market. They knew one by one every single home sold last year, they had been there and remembered the history of each house sold, details what was crucial to define the price of my house. They then implemented a successful strategy of revamping my house, her advice that the potential buyers believe that potential repairs are more expensive than what they really are, that it is better that I put the house to its best, which we did: excellent strategy. She was correct with the pricing, which was much higher than what I initially thought, which made the process run smoothly. But she went beyond her duties, because she personally made the improvements, she personally bought beautiful and installed decoration, lamps, fans, doors, etc., to make the house look great, she hired a company for a great staging, and I was delighted as the house did really look great, she hired excellent guys to fix everything else, she and her team even put flowers that took out from their own yards!! She was there with open houses, inviting many realtors which she knew, she was there to receive potential customers. She took the time to educate me, explain me every step, respond to my questions immediately. It was a a privilege, a real blessing to work with them, I have not enough words to thank them.

I hired Bruce and also got Kathleen (his wife). These two work together as a team, he at the site…read moreand she from home organizing and answering questions before and after the visit. I can't say enough about their work, their expertise, and attention to detail. I needed an inspection for a mobile home that I had been renting. I set up an appt. with Kathleen. Bruce came on time (actually a little early), ready to go. He had a well maintained vehicle and all the necessary equipment to inspect the place. You may not think mobile homes need much of an inspection, but there are nuances to these that an inspector needs to pay attention to, especially the underside. Bruce crawled under my mobile home, checked the frame and then moved on to all other aspects of the inspection. Bruce took time to do a thorough inspection but didn't waste time. He spent several hours walking through the MH and even took extra time to help me fix a bathroom fan (it was a little noisy and he walked me through the fix - an easy but needed fix). He didn't have to do that. He then moved on to all other aspects of the inspection, electrical, HVAC, pipes, roof, water (he has an infrared camera that identifies wet spots in your ceiling and walls), etc. After the inspection, I received a professional report in a binder and he left his card for any questions. I then called Kathleen to get some additional info, and she even provided some insight about what to do next and how to navigate the process of presenting the inspection in a way that assisted me in the purchase process. I can't say enough about these two individuals. They care about their customers, they do a professional job, and are two of the most humble individuals I've met. Thank you so much for your work and care.

We are currently in the process of buying our first home. After shopping around and talking to…read moremultiple local home inspectors we came across Bruce Voigt at Pro-Tec Certified Home Inspectors. After calling and speaking with his wife Kathleen I was blown away by the time she spent giving advice and explaining of the process of getting a home inspection. She never once made me feel pressured to choose them but simply explained the common do's and dont's, best practices and specific things to ask for whether you choose to go with Pro-Tec or another company when getting your home inspection. One thing I appreciated as well is Bruce works independently. He does not have a team of multiple inspectors and personally inspects every home scheduled with his company. He only does 2 a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. That way he is able to provide his 100% focus and attention to your future home. He also has many many years of experience not only in home inspections but in the HVAC and electrical field as well so you can feel good that he knows exactly what he's looking for. Fast forward to the day of the inspection. I met Bruce at the house after giving him some time to complete the inspection. I absolutely love the 3-ring binder he puts together covered with a picture of your home. It's very organized with color photos, attention to every detail and the added benefit of some useful tips, guides and knowledge to help you take care of your home for years to come. He takes the time after his inspection to go over every report he completed, to go over any issues in detail and even give some insight and recommendations for repairing those issues. Also we were given a recipe for "Angel Biscuits", just a nice little touch to make it personal. The only thing I have a problem with is I cannot review Bruce and Pro-Tec enough. Sites to place reviews are hard to find. You can tell they operate on word of mouth because his service speaks for itself. I would definitely recommend Bruce Voigt at Pro-Tec Certified Home Inspectors to anyone I know buying a home.

I cannot say enough good things about this Realty Group, more specifically Kyle Bosworth!…read more We are a NAVY family that just PCS'd here (while husband is doing unaccompanied orders) and Kyle took us under his wing and treated us like his family. Let me mention we didn't want to buy right away but wanted to rent. I gave Kyle all the 'must haves' in a rental and he did not disappoint. He found us numerous rentals in a matter of hours. He called on our behalf, fought for us, and went the extra mile when other agencies wouldn't. He isn't afraid of a challenge and fights for 'the little guy'. Kyle was available any time we called and if for some reason he wasn't he always called us back. He is knowledgeable about Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Kyle continues to check on us and make sure we are ok and to me that makes a GREAT Realtor.

I worked with RedZone Realty to attempt to purchase a house. They actually lost us the house by…read moredisclosing confidential information to the seller's agent which caused the seller's agent to have so much doubt that they called my lender and expressed how inexperienced Kyle and Idris are, stated what they shared with them and that it shouldn't have been shared, and that they then had reservations about accepting my offer (which was the highest offer they had ever received). Even though I was preapproved and had no problem purchasing the house, as a result of the inexperience and unethical sharing of confidential information with the sellers' agent, we lost the house. In my career I work with clients in various industries throughout the nation on a regular basis, and this is by far the most unethical, negligent and unprofessional behavior I've ever encountered. It makes even less sense because it cost them their own percentage of the sale as well. Kyle should go back to a football related something because he screwed up a house that we needed. This is messing with people's homes and now we're in a tough spot. I strongly recommend you go elsewhere. Everyone (seller's agent, lenders, my agent selling our house, etc.) has stated how inexperienced they sounded when they spoke with them. I'm now working with another, much better and more experienced agent. Stay away from these guys.
