I made my appointment and was looking forward to the day until I got a call from them on Valentine's evening (the day before my appointment) stating the credit card machines were down and to bring cash, but also that I would be charged an additional $25 for the toner. Now I am not cheap, but definitely conscious of overspending. Like I mentioned before I've never had my hair highlighted, so it is difficult for me to justify the regular price of it. I thought this Groupon would be a good way to test the waters. No one likes to be notified the night before their appointment of extra charges. It should be in the fine print of the Groupon or should've been mentioned when I initially made my appointment.

At my scheduled appointment time, made over a week in advance, she was just about to start on the appointment before me. The wait was about 40 min. During that wait, unprompted she rambled about how she should not have to be apologetic or care much about what the customers think, she should prioritize herself. Then during my appointment her bratty, adult son interrupted my haircut 4 times whining to her and asking for money. She'd stop cutting each time. Not a single apology was given this appointment which is absurd. Im only giving a second star since the cut is decent but with this terrible quality of customer service, why bother. Will not be back.
