She gave advice but also didn't push, as she recognized my hesitance. She told me to think over the layers she suggested and did an initial trim and asked how I was feeling. She checked in every step of the way to make sure I was comfortable, even when it came to curling my hair. I've gone to so many stylists that merely asked for my reference pics and started chopping, but Keeley was thorough, patient and attentive.
