I had a wonderful dinner here tonight. I must say the salad was definitely my favorite, it was the most delicious ginger salad I've ever had. I ordered the small, but it was big! Ordering sushi was a bit of a challenge. Normally at sushi spots, they have photos. It makes it easier to decide which ingredients are on what, and what you want. This particular place has all those ingredients listed on the menu. So you kind of have to go through it with a comb to figure out which you want. And to be honest I don't know a lot of sushi names in the first place, so I had to Google a lot of the ingredients. (Hopefully my photos will help). The rolls are cut on the XL side, so if you have a smaller mouth, you might want to request smaller pieces. The hot JV, and the green dragon roll or delicious. The crab on the volcano roll was a little strange to me, a Little too wet. I didn't like it. Lastly, do not be alarmed about the sign in the front door that says no public restrooms. They do have a bathroom, they should probably change the sign to, bathrooms for customers only. read more

So nice. Great sushi. Down here on vaca and wanted fresh sushi. Brought our kids and the staff was so friendly to them. My hubs spilled a drink and the stand was there immediately to help. They didn't seem to have a lot of customers on the Thursday night when we went. Food was so good so I hope they can stay in biz. Go eat here! read more

It was a bit too salty the food was mediocre. We are from Canada and home to many great Thai restaurants is hard to compete with those flavours. read more

BEWARE. I ordered $60 worth of sushi and majority of it tasted sour. I called to let them know, they told me to bring it back. I brought it back and the female owner refused to give me any sort of refund because i ate a piece. Of course I ate a piece and realized it was sour. She then told me I was a liar and that there was nothing wrong with it. It was absolutely sour. I was a loyal customer before, but will absolutely never be coming here again. If that woman truly is the owner, that is horrible! read more

this place was very disappointing. We walked in at 7 pm on a Tuesday night and were yet to be greeted by 7:20. when we were greeted we were obviously ready to order. We ordered the calamari which was WAY over breaded and such a small portion(see picture). The only reason why this review is more than a 1 star is because the sushi was average. Overall very disappointed and would not recommend dining in for this place. maybe take read more

It pains me to write a review on a small family owned operation as I do not want to impact their dream of being a business owner. I went to this place because it had 4 1/2 stars from fellow Yelpers. My experience was as follows. Service = Top notch. ( It should be , we were the only one's there at dinner) Cleanliness = Very clean . ( my standard in dining out) Food quality = Very low. Fried pork seemed old, our dinners smelled of foul fish and it just was not appetizing at all. The soup and Sake were just fine. I usually would give a 1 star rating BUT, I gave it 2 because I don't want to negatively impact their business. If you are reading this review as well as my other reviews, you can get a flavor for this establishment. read more

Great food. Fun service. We try to go once a week. Sushi is very good and very fresh.

Nice place. Service was spot on. Chicken satay was tough and peanut sauce had been microwaved hot but not stirred smooth again. Pad Thai was okay but I ordered very spicy and it had no heat whatsoever. Pricey for what I got. Maybe will try the sushi next time. read more

This unassuming spot serves authentic Thai and Sushi rolls. The rainbow dragon roll was amazing! The Thai food is some of the best I've had, just the right amount of spicy for every taste. The presentation is beautiful also. The location is small and seating is somewhat limited. I imagine on busy nights there may be a wait. But on a Tuesday afternoon, the place was empty. read more

I absolutely love this place! The service is amazing and they make you feel beyond welcomed in the establishment. The red dragon roll is my favorite and a must when you visit! Also the Tom yum soup is the best I've had, perfect balance of flavors and any time I am feeling sick or need something comforting it gets the job done! I cannot recommend this place enough! read more

The name of the restaurant is Thai Sushi. We went there for sushi and it was really bad. Imitation crab and shrimp that have the consistency of rubber and a weird flavor. The lady who owns the restaurant was very pleasant and the place was very clean but how nice is it to serve garbage food? If you read through the reviews you will see many complaints about the bad food but three and four stars are still given because it's very clean and they are very polite but this is a restaurant, you go there for food, please rate the food..... which is horrible = 1 star no matter how "nice" they are. Stay away from this place..... you have been warned! read more

Beautiful restaurant, friendly staff and the food is quite good. We moved from an area of the country which had large populations of various ethic groups and an abundance of Asian restaurants to choose from. For Florida, which has a limited selection of ethnic diversity and not that many Asian restaurants, this is really a good choice. Highly recommended. . read more

one of my favorite things about this restaurant is when you order the basic salad with the ginger dressing it is cut to order just for you. The salad comes out fresh and crisp and the cucumbers and carrot strands are glistening. it's so much flavorful than a tired old salad that's been in a refrigerator waiting for somebody to order. They really go above and beyond for freshness at this restaurant. read more

Arrived here at 7:30pm and was told no dine in because they close at 8pm. We left but sitting in car looking for another restaurant. Sees another couple go in and sit down and the same woman who turned us away take their order. Guess our money isn't good enough for them. read more

Got a sneak peak at the newest Thai Sushi place in Bonita. They are in soft open mode and are open till 9pm so we went for lunch. The owners are locals and are seasoned experts on Thai food. Everything we had was so yummy and we can't wait for the grand opening!! Shrimp Cake appetizer, coconut soup, spicy tuna w/ avocado, Cashew Beef stir-fry, Pink Dragon roll and not pictured is the Mango sticky rice dessert! read more

Great place! Little hidden gem. The service was great I believe she is the owner. She answered questions and made suggestions. My mother and I split the spicy blue crab roll and it was tasty! I enjoyed the double tuna roll, spicy but really good. My mother also got a pad Thai dish which was really good but forgot the name. It had big noodles! Would recommend this place everything is FRESH and TASTY! Will be coming back soon read more

Disgusting sushi & Thai - I was in from out of town ! Gave 9 Thai sushi a try for takeout - what a waste of my money! For the cost per sushi roll - & the chicken pad Thai that was NOT even edible! I don't know if the host was the owner or the manager, but super friendly and clearly wanted you to feel at home and like his restaurant. As one would expect, kind of a strip mall hole in the wall but our rolls seemed very fresh and flavorful. I'm confident we'll go back. read more

I was in the area for work. Went to lunch with coworkers and I enjoyed it so much, I went back for dinner. Lunch, I got the shrimp pad Thai and sushi box. It was so much food for lunch. I loved 9 Thai Sushi at their old location so this was my first time with takeout at the new location. The lovely young lady suggested I try the pineapple curry with chicken. Wow! My new favorite dish. I was promptly met inside by the same lovely lady who greeted me with a huge smile and warm greeting. The value for what I paid is incredible. Lots of chicken and enough for tomorrow night. Everything was very fresh. Heat was perfect! Just spicy enough. Dilemma is do I stay with ordering the pineapple curry or try something else? One thing for sure is I will be back and hope to see the same smiling face when I get there! read more

Absolutely disappointed with this place, I use to love eating here.... too my surprise the young wonderful couple that use to run the place Lisa n her husband are no longer there. HORRIBLE experience ! Food was served cold, should have been HOT ! Service extremely rude and indifferent. Don't waste your time or money bothering with this poor excuse for a restaurant. Our evening was totally ruined, for absolutely no reason. One entree came in five minutes, second entree never came after one hour... apparently the dine in customers are being ignored so that take out customers get priority...! Nothing to say except McDonalds would have been a lot better. SERVICE RUDE AND PERFUNCTORY ! Never again! read more
