"It's three breweries having both indoor and outdoor spaces," I reply. The brew house is a multi-story brewery complex. At the base there's a beer garden, the third floor three indoor breweries, and an open rooftop. Get a beer anywhere and travel with it throughout the facility. There are stairs and elevators! The acoustics are a bit loud in the indoor space. There is a kitchen. We enjoyed being able to move around and the brewery variety enabled something for everyone. It was my first visit and the employees were very patient and explained the concept to us. Easy parking in the lot. I'm glad we made the trip and I would be happy to go back!

You walked in and can either take the stairs or elevator up to the third floor. There's a couple of couches, a water fountain, and some memorabilia on the ground floor. The second is off limits. The taproom is pretty big and we didn't sit outside since it was cold but there's a rooftop deck as well. There's a food counter with a small menu and two open bars from different breweries. I like that they have smaller pours that are reasonably priced. I'm a dark beer lover and they had a few options for me. We sat there at the bar and closed down the place. This place is a little out of the way but I would come back!

The staff were super nice and were hustling! I got the fish & chips and the haddock was huge!!! I really enjoyed it. The fish was hot, fresh, and super tasty. Good tartar sauce too! My fiancé got the Black Watch burger and loved it! I tried a lil bite and liked it! There was a lil spicy kick to it which was nice. We both agreed that the fries were good, but were plain and could've been seasoned a little more. They were pretty thick (bordering on steak fries) so they weren't super crispy (we love crispy) But the fries dipped in ranch and mustard were solid - they have really good ranch!! Super cool & cozy pub!

It was delicious, with a terrific basalmic type glaze. We both got salads; hers with chicken and I went for the salmon. Nice presentation, and the food was perfect, done just right. Quite yummy! Drinks refilled without asking, great food and atmosphere. I've known of this place for quite a while...and now I wish I'd have tried it earlier. A terrific spot!

I love a Pgh local place with unpretentious food as long as it's good food. The key to a local bar…read morebeing successful is being semi- welcoming. Nothing too much, just to feel comfortable. I don't usually eat in this area of the Pgh metro but a former colleague lives nearby and recommended the place. They always mention the food. We were nearby and stopped. To start- this is a bar. I get the feeling this is a bar first and food is second. It's extremely inexpensive. That seems to be its claim to fame. When I say inexpensive, it seemed like many people were there for the daily special as an afterthought while they drink. The food sizes are good. The prices are incredibly low. It was okay. Nothing was wrong. It just wasn't anything to come back for. The menu is mostly sandwiches and fried side appetizers. Pizza. I ate w a female friend. They had a sandwich w I think lunch meat roast beef. They ordered the appetizer sampler and I think what was listed as pizza bread. I think their bill was less than $20! My meal was something a little over $7. People were nice. It was a mostly older crowd and we were hit on more than once. I can see why my former colleague likes it as they're a single man almost 50. No kids, low prices, they have a dive bar scene feel but serve a decent meal for dinner. If that's something that you're interested in- this is the place.
