I had several people that offered to help. When one person tried to get the cabinet fixed, it fell apart. I had to find new cabinet. I could not find a 30 x 16 wall cabinet. 30 x 18 was too big. I got a 30 x 14. Several people, who I now call idiots tried to install the new cabinet, cutting holes in all the wrong places. They also marked up the wall and ceiling in the wrong places and drilled holes all over the place. I'd had enough. Beside not knowing what they were doing the stove was moved out if the way. I had no microwave or stove to cook. I put a request on Yelp and a savior named Michael the owner of the Transformation Shop replied. After I told him my horror story he said he would look at everything and see if it could be done and give me a quote. Two days later he showed up said he could fix it all up and gave me a very reasonable quote. I accepted the quote. Instead of setting up a date to fix it, he jumped right in and started work at once. It took him about 2 hours and it was completed. I was so excited. It was after 4 when he arrived so I thought it would be several days before I could actually cook in my own kitchen after a month trying to get this work done. I had a microwave and stove and my kitchen looked fabulous. I thanked the good lord for sending Michael to save me from a total disaster. He was great to talk to, he asked my opinion on options, and most of all he listened. I could not be happier or more excited than I am. I called regularly regarding the second issue and Joe - the enthusiastic salesman who promised fabulous customer service - stopped answering or returning my calls. Completely ignored me. So I had to call and text the owner, Kenny Vessels, with regularity. I am a nurse and I have everything documented thoroughly in case we needed to go to small claims court. After a lot of excuses a second issue was resolved after 4 months - may not sound too bad, but it still consumed my time and energy. But they promised to replace any warped boards during the roofing process; which they did not do. Two years later we are paying someone else to come fix what Vessels promised they would do to begin with.

Never took responsibility for anything that went wrong.
