Dear poor reviewers: You sure you like neighborhood bars? I heard people calling this a "dive bar"…read more To me, a dive bar is small, dark, and musty. National Park is wide open, well lit, tables and tables and barstools for miles inside. It's not a dive at all. Came here to enjoy a drink with my friend. All the beers were IPAs, but friendly bartender brought us our Yuenglings (and the refills) quickly and with a calm friendly attitude. The two bartenders worked together to change TV from the Phillies game (mandatory viewing until it ended) to what we wanted to see - NBA playoffs. So they were very accommodating and attentive. Beer's cold. Pool tables, a poker group on Sundays, plenty of room to spread out if you're so inclined. I ordered a burger, and it's on the high end of bar fare. Food's not cheap here, but I think it's made with fresh ingredients (even if hardly gourmet, but I don't prioritize food in a bar review). The fries are great - definitely, definitely upgrade your sandwich from chips to fries. If I lived down here, I'm pretty sure this would be my place to go hang with my friends. Since I don't, I can only recommend that you make it yours.

The food here is delicious. There are a ton of options to choose from, and everything is made fresh and served hot (I mean, unless it's supposed to be served cold, like a salad - you know what I mean people!). They have daily specials and you may need to sit down for this one: they honor their specials for take-out. What? Yes, that is correct. Monday: wing night Tuesday: tacos Wednesday: cheesesteaks Thursday: burgers Try them all and see what you like! Over the past decade, I've gotten to know the bartenders a little bit and I appreciate them because they serve good drinks and are friendly. They are also prompt! When they have a moment, they take the time to chat a little with me and I like that. The pub itself is cozy. The lighting is always appropriate for what's going on and there are plenty of TVs around, displaying the local sports teams. Sometimes there is live entertainment, too. You can sit and eat at the bar but there are also booths, tables, and high-tops to choose from. I uploaded some menu photos because this site did not have any. Go check out Kavanagh's Irish Pub & Grille - I know you will love it!

We grabbed seats at the bar, got our drinks quickly, and dug into wings with two sauces on the side. The garlic parm was packed with little bits of cheese and seasoning, was the favorite, and with the sweet Thai chili bringing a nice kick. A couple wings were a bit small, but they were super crispy. The California wrap was chopped so everything was evenly mixed, and swapping in chipotle aioli really bumped up the flavor. My bison burger was awesome, especially with onion straws and crunchy chips on the side to pile on top. Overall, it was a super fun visit, and we're already planning to come back for trivia night.

We frequented your place several times a week and the new staff will bring it to its knees. Now that Marco, Abby, Tori and Mikaela are gone it's been sub par. The bartender waited until the owner left and then looked up Long Island Iced Teas and poured them in large Pepsi cups. Hopefully he had camera footage to handle it.
