What started off as a sweet interaction with 3-4 leading members of their team ended up in non-response followed by more non-response to a follow up from my side. The #1 rule of recruiting industry is to be upfront and be polite, after all you are in the business of securing people's livelihoods. People can be in dire circumstances -- that's why they're coming to you for career guidance and work. They are on the last embers of funds -- for rent and food, this is important especially in a prime expensive region of the world.
