After calling AAA several…read moretimes they stated I had to wait 3 hrs...I called my car insurance roadside service they helped right away This fellow from North State Towing was very quick, prompt and got my car hooked up. I had no ride...so he very kindly said he'd help me into his truck, which was pretty high off the ground. I said no and called Uber. A few years ago I called a Towing Co. and all was good until I went to get out of the tow truck at the dealership....stairs on truck were even ...no place to put a foot to step out. I held onto the door handle and thought I could do it. I slipped, was hanging from door handle...this slip broke my arm. No help was offered. She was able to support me with my questions and quickly sent a driver my way. Jeremy took great care of my vehicle, helped me get to my ride safely, and delivered my car swiftly to the auto shop.
