When it comes to their customer service, their car fleet, and their drivers...all are beyond exceptional. Their website was easy to navigate and after submitting a quote online I got word back from a customer service representative in less than an hour. The people who helped me finish book are honest about their prices, reliable and accommodating (it's difficult nowadays to find a company whose priority is to the satisfaction of their customers). That being said, there was an unfortunate delay with one of my flights and I was worried that I would lose my reservation with SFO Limo; however, the representatives on the phone were more than happy to adjust details of my ride. Their priority are to the needs and satisfaction of their customers. I can't wait to use them again in the future for other events, do not hesitate and give them a call for your transportation needs!!
