Food & Favorites: I mainly come for the empanadas, which have a nice variety of flavors, from classic to more experimental options, all of which are still really good. Overall Experience: A great spot with delicious food and a relaxed atmosphere, making it a go-to place for a satisfying meal.

The empanadas were the best I've ever, ever had. Crispy outside. Great filling to ratio. Seasoned well. Not oily. The flavor was soft and delicate. The sangria was delicious. I highly recommend. The blackberry margarita was outstanding. Almost had a hint of a michelada to it. We ordered the platano relleno. Definitely order that. Again the best one I've ever had. Sweet, fresh and the juxtaposition of seasoning to meat and cheese and plantsin was beyond delicious. They also have good Columbian sodas. The apple and cola weren't overly sweet. The pork chicharon ceviche was again the best I've ever tasted. The chicharon here is impeccable. The onions weren't soggy and weren't potent. The blended well with the citrus and chicharon. The bandeja paisa was outstanding. Every protein was cooked perfectly. We ordered steaks that were juicy. The veggies amazing. The cgar grilled tasted yes. Theres an onion and tomato side I could eat plates with the rice. Thats how good it was. The guava and apple empanadas were like fall in the mouth. Well be back. Everything else was phenomenal too. Mango, chicken. Xoxo.

Street parking; only a few seats to eat inside. Basically a To Go place. These empanadas were awesome!! Big & stuffed with a very nice crispy, fried shell. ( they offer mini sized empanadas too) There are many options of Savory fillings, but I wish they had more "sweet\dessert" types. Which brings me to my favorite: the Guava & Mozzarella Cheese empanada... Best one I've ever had. For upcoming St. Patricks Day (for a limited time) they have -- The Reuben- filled with Smoked Corned Beef, Swiss Cheese & Sauerkraut. EMPAN-TASTIC! Wish I had a beer. -the Cuban Pork empanada made with an 8-hours smoked pork, with ham and mozzarella was very good, but I wasn't a big fan of the Sweet Thai Chicken empanada with, sweet Thai chili sauce, scallion and cilantro.. Maybe I was full... The fries are old school. Reminded me of boardwalk fries. Some a little greasy. Some a little overcooked & crunchy.. So if you like empanadas, you need to give this place a shot.

I had a memory of this place from a previous visit to this area and remembered that they had available different flavors of empanadas. I also noticed another similar place like this one on Yelp, and since they both had good reviews, I decided to try them both. This shop is very small. It had no place to sit down. You kind of order what you like from there case of already made empanadas and other lil small bites. They also have a lot of information about smoothies and options to buy. When I got there, their were two customers literally standing in front of the small counter, eating their empanadas, and just receiving their smoothies. While I waited, I took some pictures and kept waiting for someone to address me or ask me for my order. I finally excused myself to the other customers, blocking the counter and standing in front of the window case of food, and asked the guy for a cheeseburger empanada. I found the empanada to be warm and not hot enough, but it was still very tasty, and therefore, I rate three stars. Only for the taste of the empanada because although the guy who gave me my empanada was pleasant, the customer service I felt needed some work. I think if I never asked for my empanada, I may would have kept standing there waiting. After having the empanadas at the other establishment, I'm gonna have to pass on this one. I still will give a thumbs up because the empanada itself deserved it. Happy Yelping!
