We received the order the afternoon before the event, but we were not able to use the men's shirts because the design was too big. We decided to use the women's tees for events. In our business, customer satisfaction is number one and we strive to make sure our customers are completely happy. I was not happy as a customer, therefore I reacted strongly. I now have to spend more money to purchase shirts with the correct design size, so I was upset. Since your response to the Yelp request was fast and you printed the shirts, I am adjusting my review to "3" because I was not satisfied with the customer service.

This shop is located inside of the Don Quijote Store in Waipahu, and there's a big sign saying "T's printed while you wait" which was perfect! We made up a simple design on our computer and brought it into the shop. First, the young man didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in (only us), but instead had a look on his face like we were bothering him. We explained what we wanted and how long we had to wait, he said 3 to 4 days. I guess "printed while you wait" doesn't mean it will be done right then and there, you will have to wait for days. To be fair, the sign doesn't say how long the wait is. Asked him how come it's going to take so long, then he said he doesn't work on the weekends, and he'll get it done by Monday, even though we need it Sunday. He got more irritated. Then his phone rang and he told the person on the phone that he would like to go to lunch, and told his eyes. I guess we were interrupting him going to lunch? So he would rather go to lunch than service a customer and get our order done? Priorities is lunch, not service? So, he did get it done the next day, and it was nice, but customer service needs to improve. He didn't even say thank you either. Oh yeah, we tried to call him a fixed times but he doesn't answer the phone either. Sir, you do good work, but you provide a service, and in the service industry, you need to service your customers or you won't have any.

I ordered it Friday Sept 29 online and opted for it to be mailed to me. I received my packed on Thursday October 12 in the mail. I have done these types of shirt printing with a few other companies, and I have never had LIGHTNING SPEED PRODUCTION like this!! My order also had a small customization, they ask when you order the high school hoodie if you want to add a name on it so of course I just had to!! Awesome, Easy, Spectacular Quality and not too thick either!! The letterman jacket I purchased was not a true, thick itchy material that a lot of people associate with it, the material was silky soft smooth, but just thick enough to keep you warm without making you sweat!! I know my son would love to have this. They had a special going on for Black Friday which you would use a promo code for $10 off. So I quickly placed an order and punched in the promo code. But I had to go back to their Instagram page to make sure it was the correct promo code. But without checking the order to see if the promo code was entered correctly, I just placed the order. Yes it was my fault for not checking if the promo code was applied to my order. After I placed the order, I got a confirmation email right away. Checked the order and yes my promo code wasn't applied. So I contacted them through via their Instagram page and was told they will send me a check of $10 when they ship out the jacket. Which was fine with me. When I received my order, jacket looked excellent. Everything was great. Only thing wasn't great was that there was no check of $10. So I message them again via instagram, and was told they will credit back my credit card that I used for the transaction. Which was fine with me since it'll be faster than waiting for the mail. Waited for about two weeks and yet still no credit back. It's already the ending of January and I've been messaging them constantly for the past weeks and now no one responds back to my messages. I would like to say that this is a great company and would love to do business with another family owned business but after this episode, I'm not too sure now. I understand it was my fault for not checking my order, but contacting them and was told it was ok and that I would get credit back would of been fine but I didn't receive it. Other than that, order of item was perfect. My son loved his jacket. I know it's just $10, but as a small family owned company I wish people would keep their word.

Because of NCAA rules with licensing & compliance - the shirts needed several rounds of approval from the University of Hawai'i - very detailed.
