The store isn't too big, but carry a lot of shirts and other merchandise. The prices are decent and the designs are pretty solid. They sell Hawaiian flags for $5, hats for $20, and shirts ranging from $10 and up. The first floor appears to be where they do their printing with all the machinery located there.

Just want to say "Thank you Chad" for your exceptional Customer Service!…read more Although I didn't use Plan B printing for my recent request, Chad had replied to my unusual request of printing out a custom logo tshirt. What was unusual about it was that I only needed one shirt with a specific design. Chad referred me to another company to assist. At first I was skeptical and thought I was going to get the run around So I was hesitant on reaching out to the other company. Well I am so glad I did! Not only did Dyrell fulfill my request of getting my custom shirt printed, he did it in less than 24 hours! The process was smooth and easy. Even picking up the order was a breeze! Lucky for me Dyrell's shop was in the area I live in so I didn't have to go far!, This would not have been possible if Chad had not responded to my question. So Thank You Chad and Thank You Dyrell for the exceptional Customer Service!!

A coworker suggested this shop when we wanted some printed t-shirts for an upcoming event. Just…read morewanted 5 shirts done. This shop is located inside of the Don Quijote Store in Waipahu, and there's a big sign saying "T's printed while you wait" which was perfect! We made up a simple design on our computer and brought it into the shop. First, the young man didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in (only us), but instead had a look on his face like we were bothering him. We explained what we wanted and how long we had to wait, he said 3 to 4 days. I guess "printed while you wait" doesn't mean it will be done right then and there, you will have to wait for days. To be fair, the sign doesn't say how long the wait is. Asked him how come it's going to take so long, then he said he doesn't work on the weekends, and he'll get it done by Monday, even though we need it Sunday. He got more irritated. Then his phone rang and he told the person on the phone that he would like to go to lunch, and told his eyes. I guess we were interrupting him going to lunch? So he would rather go to lunch than service a customer and get our order done? Priorities is lunch, not service? So, he did get it done the next day, and it was nice, but customer service needs to improve. He didn't even say thank you either. Oh yeah, we tried to call him a fixed times but he doesn't answer the phone either. Sir, you do good work, but you provide a service, and in the service industry, you need to service your customers or you won't have any.

I'm adding to Ata T's comments. The person behind the counter wasn't courteous and acted as if we…read morewere taking up his time so he could leave for lunch. We only requested for 5 shirts to be printed. Shirts that he showed us were in stock and displayed on a table next to where we were doing our transaction. Also, after leaving the shop, I tried calling numerous times to check on the the size of the logo printed on the shirt.. no call back. When he texted me later in the day that the shirts were going to be ready for pick up for the following day, I asked him about the sizing. He had an attitude and gave some kind of excuse about why he didn't get my messages. I think what's worse is having the owner apologizing for their worker's unprofessionalism. Not good business practice especially if you want your family business to thrive. The shirts came out great, just the service wasn't..

This whole senior shirt thing is crazy to me. When I was in high school, no one did anything like…read morethat...but alas, my son is a senior now, and in his final season of soccer. He wanted to have shirts done, and we looked online first. The turnaround was 2-3 weeks, and the designs were a little tame for my son's tastes. I told him to work on it over the break, but he, like his mother is a procrastinator. Fast forward to the last week of break, and he tells us that he DOES want shirts; he just forgot about them. Facepalm. So we reach out to Stephen, and he tells us that Tuesday and Wednesday, the supply shop will be closed so if we want to order, we should let him know by Monday, so he can pick up the correct supplies. This is Sunday night. We scramble, take orders from friends and family, and send a tentative order Monday morning. Monday afternoon, my son is designing shirts and they are being printed. 8:30 pm Monday evening, and they're done. Perfectly. That is after us adding shirts during printing. I did mention that we are procrastinators, did I not? After seeing my son's shirts, more people reached out, and we had to put together a second order. Sent the order in at about 10 am, and it was ready by 3 pm. I always expect some sort of disappointment. Maybe the order is off by a shirt or two. Maybe the total isn't what was agreed upon. There's normally something. Nothing with Stephen. Quick turnaround. Correct order. No haggling over price. Straight up and easy to work with. If you're interested in a quick turnaround with no bullshit, see Stephen.

Support Small business in Halawa Valley!…read more I enter many contests on Instagram. For example...Alohaish... I had never heard of this company, but they messaged me and stated that I won a "floral umbrella"... great! It rains often in Hawaii, so this item is very useful! Alohaish gave me the address where I was to pick up my prize. It's a cozy shop in Halawa Valley... pass Ani's Bakery and take a right. There was free street parking...yay! I entered the neatly organized store where there was a wide variety of merchandise such as caps, flasks, tank tops, hoodies, jewelry, t-shirts, pouches, and... reversible umbrellas. Have you ever seen one? Reversible umbrellas are so cool! They can stand up on their own. When you open them, the outside swings inward and stays dry when it rains... so that the wet surface will fold inward when you're done using the umbrella. I'm so happy to get one of these treasures! Now I know where to get more! I also saw a really nice shell necklace and I'm thinking about going back for a waterproof pouch... hmmm... Christmas is next week... I'm still making my list!
