Before my appointment I got a text that i could come in early and so i replied and headed to their shop. When i arrived and sat down,  Eileen decided that was the time to tell me that she's unable to do my hair because I had previously seen Courtney. Seriously. 1st of all, it is incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate to let me drive all the way there and then tell me she couldn't see me. She couldn't have told me before i took the day off and drove all the way there? You had several days between my consult and appointment to decide you didn't want to see me. 2nd, a given stylist doesn't own me. I don't get this catty possessiveness. I had previously messaged Courtney and when i didn't hear back i scheduled with Eileen. Why is this a problem? I schedule with who i can, when my schedule permits.
