Between the two of them, they made the entire experience seamless, welcoming, and incredibly easy. I regularly park my car at the airport, and it regularly gets covered in jet fuel residue and grime. I've been through countless car washes, and none of them have gotten my car as clean as Quick Quack did. I was honestly amazed at how spotless it looked afterward. The facility is incredibly convenient, the process is fast and easy, and the level of service is truly comprehensive. The employee on duty did not properly assist me or show concern, and I was even refused a refund for the service. I documented the damage, sent an email to management with photos, and have still not received a response. It's disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism and customer service. Accidents can happen, but how a business responds is what matters. Unfortunately, my experience has been one of poor communication, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the issue.
