Awesome place to stop especially if you have an RV that you're towing you can get in and out easily. They also have diesel.

Workers refused to come out to see what the problem was, let alone fix the problem. Left without any gas. But somehow they magically could take my payment for one lottery ticket! I will never be back. grrrrrrrr

I have since instructed the staff to avoid this location and only use the 76 station across the street. Everyone at the 76 station across the street seems nice and to value our business As far as this Shell goes, the staff wont even turn on the air if you purchase something in the store. The last straw was when my business partner bought gas and needed air for tires, the grumpy lady behind the counter told him he didnt buy enough gas to allow her to turn on the air. Not only is it a state law to provide free air to paying customers, its just terrible to be so rude with something thats free and all around us... AIR! I also hope these people are aware that not turning on the air for paying customers shows they are more interested in saying no and not being helpful than providing customer and motorists services to their community. Eureka really doesnt need another Shell station, especially one with rude employees. AVOID and just go across the street to 76.

My wife, her mom, and I used this location to buy some items specific to the area, including a 24 can pack of Lost Coast Great White (a great price at $21.99) and local wines, including Pacific Redwood Organic Red ($6.99 a bottle, guessing it will make a great sangria. We also ended up eating dinner here during our first night at Eureka, barely over $10 for the three of us (2 pizza slices, 2 hot dogs, 2 sodas, and a really good chocolate ice cream sundae). Everything is ordered through kiosks, and they call out your number when the food is ready. They seem to have changed the brand of the hot dog buns when I wasn't looking...these are more like hoagie rolls than hot dog buns. The pizza is as good as ever, and we really liked the sundae, with good soft serve. The food court is indoors and a bit small, with only 7 tables for sitting. It has a gas station, and we used it twice (once coming in, at $5.899 per gallon, and leaving a couple days later at $5.699). It has 3 islands, with 2 pumps each, so a total of 12 nozzles. Not too busy: had to wait a bit when filling up during evening, no wait at all in the morning.

On this trip, the local craft beer selection was way better in Eureka rather than Ukiah; it was reversed on the last trip. But the discount clothing was similar to the previous visit.
