In my 15 years of being a member here i have never once been mistreated or rudely talked to. Anytime I ask for anything everybody is above and beyond, smiling and so willing to help. This is legitimately one of the only institutions in Humboldt county where you don't hate to go to, because the people aren't awful and hate their lives.
