This place has always taken care of me, when I went past my 90 day return policy on electronics and Samsung was screwing me over with their warranty policy and I had paid for an extended policy with Costco. However, I had to wait for my two year warranty to end with Samsung. The floor manager himself broke the company policy to return my item when i told him the horrors of what Samsung was putting me through. In my 15 years of being a member here i have never once been mistreated or rudely talked to. Anytime I ask for anything everybody is above and beyond, smiling and so willing to help. This is legitimately one of the only institutions in Humboldt county where you don't hate to go to, because the people aren't awful and hate their lives. Its worth every bit of membership cost to come here in this food desert.
