The man working was pushy, rude, and NOT friendly at all. My aunt went up to him and asked for the bathroom code. She couldn't understand him so she asked home to repeat it and he almost shouted it like it was an inconvenience. When we came up to pay for our stuff, he was rude. Honestly, I really I hate leaving bad reviews because I know we all have bad days and really bad days. However, I have been coming hear for over a year now and, without fail, the same younger woman behind the counter is constantly rude to almost every guest, completely dissmisive, and mutters under her breath and rolls her eyes at so many different customers where I catch them shaking their head as they are leaving. I understand customer service jobs can be very stressful at times with the different personalities you have to deal with (talking from past personal experiences), but day after day with the same attitude and hostile behavior... But to proceed to help some one for a lengthy period of time when she saw me standing at the counter. And then her proceeding to argue with me about how much I gave her when it's literally in her hand. Very mean lady. Just swipe your card at the station and avoid going in there at all. read more

I went into charge $100 on my credit card for gas. The attendant went ahead and charge $400 and then told me that I didn't speak clearly. Only when I protested if he reverse the charge. He was a little bit too smooth and making that mistake maybe you think that I wouldn't notice. Until I clear this without bank I assume that I'm still being potentially scammed read more

This place always has the worst customer service. First couple of times I really thought it was just myself having bad luck. These guys were having a bad which means now Tim is having a bad day. First I had to circle around and wait to find an open pump that didn't have a sign that read "out of order" or "pay inside card reader out of service". Seriously 6 out of the 12 pumps had one of these signs. So I had to wait for a machine that would accept a credit card at the pump as I was paying with a company card and needed to fill up. For the record, I was gonna let that go. Then I head inside to purchase a water inside with my money not on the company card. A big red sticker on the glass to the refrigerated drinks reads "Aqua Fina 20 Ounce Bottle Only 99 Cents". The casher rings up $1.49, so I tell the cashier there is a sign that reads 99 cents how could that be? I swear he walks back and pulled the sticker down and throws it in the trash can. No sweat its 50 cents, so I was going to let that go too. I go back to my pump which has now filled my tank and I push the button for receipt, as I need one for my company card. The pump is scrolling "see attendant for receipt". I go back inside and the line is now 5 customers deep to the cashier that just stiffed me for 50 cents on the bottled water. Now I'm not letting any of this go and you are being YELPED! My simple 5 minute pit stop turns into a 15 minute ordeal because of poor maintenance and management. I'll never be back. Screw this place they owe me 50 cents for false advertising and 10 minutes time of my busy work day. Or better yet use that 50 cents towards fixing the pumps or hiring somebody that can honor your posted prices please. read more

So I came in here to put air in my tires. I nicely asked the gentleman behind the desk if he can turn on the machine. I could barely hear him and asked him again. I assure you it was with a please... he literally screamed at me and said "Do I have to tell you again, it will be on by the time you get out to your car." I replied, that I was sorry and didn't hear him. To which he replied, "Go, it's on." Such a mean guy... he made others feel uncomfortable too. read more

i can see its not just me with this gas station. the worst snotty rude nasty 2 women work there behind the counter. its still going on today and im never going back into this station again. they keep them there and do not care about customers. secondly the gas prices are outrageous its way higher than right down the street at shell. i go to shell and i see its always busy there. the gas is good and less expensive the help is better. why deal with unocal. its a dump of a gas station all the way around. go down the street maybe they will get it if they have no business. read more

Hi, I want to start off by saying I am a child who is writing this. First the pump wasn't working so my mom had to move up to another one, then she was unable to pay so the machine said that if it hadn't been working to see the cashier, so that's what she did. The cashier came out screaming at her that, it wasn't her job to help people with gas, and that she didn't want to hear her complaining about it not working, when all she was doing was asking for help. She continued to yell until I spoke up and she walked away. Absolutely disrespectful behavior for a worker there. It's her job to help people, not to yell at them with a child in the car. Rudest customer service I'm sorry there is no customer service. The lady is very hard to understand I misunderstood her when ordering something. She started yelling at me because I could not understand her. I told her she didn't need to be rude to me and she continued yelling and the co-worker just stood there and looked at her.
