Anna was absolutely incredible!! I would come back just to be serviced by her again. She is the sweetest thing and extremely well-informed regarding the station's selection. read more

NO STARS. Margarita was the clerk who rung up my $19.00 worth of gas. Took my receipt & left to my car. As I left, unknowingly a man ran inside & told her to put MY gas onto HIS pump. Which prompted Lorena to walk outside while I was attempting to pump my gas & tell me "the mans pumping your gas" I said "Impossible.. I have a receipt says $19.00 on PUMP 3 .. I walked back inside to find out about the transfer Margarita did after I had initially left.. she explained she'd given me back $6.54 but wouldn't refund the $12.46 the man had used .. obviously that is a issue because nobody wants $6 out of $19 originally paid.. so I began to argue.. "if that's the case anybody could steal someone's gas by telling you to transfer it over & all I know about MY transaction is what's promised on the receipt & not anything said after I leave" Lorena argued that she had told me when she walked outside that the man was pumping my gas & that justified it to her .. Margarita asked if I'd give her the $6.54 so she'd refund the $19 onto my pump .. it didn't make sense for me to pay but it was apparent she didn't know what she was doing.. as I gave her $20.54 expecting change she handed me back the $20 instead of my change .. I through it on to the counter & told her "you still don't know how to do your damn job because you are messing up again & are probably going to blame me" a lady who was about to clock in expressed from behind me how if she was working she would of refused me service due to my attitude; I said "okay refuse me service then but I'm not leaving with out a corporate number" & they still weren't refusing me service . I asked for the number to corporate & their names .. when again the employee from behind me says "google it" I made it clear I wasn't googling anything & my issue would be addressed here & now.. so Margarita gave me a number (but it was wrong) & I took down the girls names but the one about to clock in said "why I'm not on the clock" which only confirmed she's a JOKE. Because you're at YOUR place of business talking like you're on the clock but hiding your name like you're not here representing in your business uniform. Serious lack of professionalism All in all I gave them back $6.54 for $12.46 & complained to 1 (800) 955-5100 BUT MY MAIN POINT : don't even bother coming here .. they are incompetent & a simple 5 minute errand will turn into a 10 minute ordeal because, anyone can claim your gas after you left & you're stuck with the bill. read more

I love to give this Gas station a good review, i always do for business in the area specially where I live but i am very picky on the service and customer satisfaction. Reading other reviews in this location is sad. Is convenient to put gas in here but the gas price is higher than other places. Anyway wife put gas couple nights a go told the clerk $35, i pumped the gas. Stopped at $ 25. I was surprised and is at night. I decided to go inside and ask who was the clerk who received the payment. The girl who was in the register told me she saw the transaction for 25 i saw it has to be a mistake i wandered she was the one who charge . She told me was rlthe older guy who work in there my wife says the same and she even says the same thing. This guys quiet do not say anything so i ask we pay for another amount and this guy even say it repeating the same and charge a low amount. This is ridiculuos this guy has a mental problem or what? Maybe he is high because it does not make sense. I am calling tge store and try to speak with district complaining having employees Who do not follow instructions. read more

I would give this place an absolute ZERO if I could but I am posting this as a warning to any customer who uses this station or plans to use this station. DO NOT USE YOUR DEBIT CARD TO MAKE A TRANSACTION OUTSIDE!!!! I REPEAT, IF PURCHASING GAS, WALK INSIDE AND DO NOT USE THE CARD PAYMENT OPTION AT THE PUMP!!!! First of all, any time you fill up here, you can tell the pumps are prehistoric and haven't been changed since the mid to late 90s. The technology on them is so primitive and all the pumps look and feel like they are falling apart or are being held together by hopes and dreams. This should be reason enough to not use them, as it doesn't seem far fetched to think that your security is being compromised. Which leads me to my case in point.. YOUR SECURITY IS INDEED BEING COMPROMISED! I am not the first person who has been victim to phishing at this location, as I know my mother traced back fraud that was pinpointed to this location. I should have used better judgment and avoided the place altogether after this, but I will admit, they have the cheapest prices and until it happens to you, you don't keep these instances at the forefront of your mind. After I made a purchase here a little over 3 weeks ago, I fell victim to over 550 dollars being compromised due to the lack of security in the pumps. My card number and ZIP code was grabbed and the claim is now being investigated by the bank. I URGE YOU THAT IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE THIS STATION, PLEASE GO INSIDE TO PAY. I understand that their prices are usually pretty fair and much lower than most in the area, BUT THE RISK YOU ARE TAKING IS THAT OF POTENTIALLY COMPROMISING YOUR SECURITY. Avoid paying at the pump AT ALL COSTS. It is not worth the headache. I hope the owner sees this and understands that he/she is aiding in ruining peoples lives in some way, shape, or form just because they are too frugal to invest in new pump technology. read more

I'd give 0 stars if I could... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had a gift card WITH money on it to use and their systems weren't reading my card and the 2 ladies there did NOTHING to help me or find a solution. I have a giftcard to use at YOUR establishment and your going to tell me I'm Sh*t out of luck. Unacceptable. I'll never be coming back to this 76, or any, for that matter. read more

How much do you value my business? For some reason Sheena believes stocking the $15 box dingdong's is more important than a line of customers paying for gas.. I asked Sheena if she can please Jump in and help her associate who had a line of more than six waiting to be rung up in return I got a response from her saying it is not her job. Then continue to go on and say I should become her boss and buy the place so I can tell her what to do.. So I guess my $75 in gas is Worth nothing in comparison to that $15 or so dingdong's that someone may or may not buy at that exact moment? read more

I don't know where all these bad reviewers come from. I live nearby, buy all my gas here and have all my car repairs done here. I have never had a problem with 87 octane gas being available and I fill up my cars three times per week. I have never encountered a nasty bitch here, but I do know who the reviewer is talking about and she could smile a little more, no doubt. The station is always clean - never trash lying around. I have filled my cars up at night there and have never seen drug deals going down. The garage mechanics are top notch - especially the garage manager, Tim. He is as honest and trustworthy as they come. I have been a loyal customer here for almost 3 years. Go here with confidence! read more
