I go into this store maybe once a week or so. It's a convenient store on Franklin Blvd, next to…read moreDari Mart. Interesting that they're basically the same store in the same parking lot. Talk about competition. Lol. Back in the day, it was a Texaco gas station, plus the store. I'm not really sure why it closed down, as there aren't really any gas stations in that area. The only ones nearby are Shell stations, and both are much closer to the freeway, versus being right in the middle of town. Once the gas station closed, the pumps and everything with it were removed, and it stayed empty for quite a number of years. So I was pleasantly surprised when Buy2 took it over and it opened once again. Like I said, I go in roughly once a week to grab a quick snack, soda, or cigarettes when I'm in the area. It's usually when I'm out running errands, or on the random day I take my husband to work. It's a new, bright store, seems spacious enough. It's the typical convenient store, really. There's nothing special about it that I've found. Their prices are better than Dari Mart next door on many things. So in terms of my wallet, I like it a lot better. The selection of items is fine. It's typical of what you'd find in any store like it. Employees have always been nice and helpful. If you're buying cigarettes, they aren't the ID nazis that Dari Mart is. Sometimes I think they go a little overboard in that regard. I get it can be a big deal selling cigarettes or alcohol to minors, but there's a difference between reasonable and ridiculous. At least they use more common sense here. So it's faster for me as a customer. Would I return here? Yes, I like this store. It's always clean, welcoming, and has good employees. They've never gone above and beyond, but I've never had a bad experience either. It's really convenient. Lol. Review 21 of 2017.

One area that could use a little help, is the bathroom cleanliness. The overall bathroom is clean but the toilet bowls could've use some help! UPDATE 1/2016: still happy with this spot! The employees don't give off the impression of being the sharpest knives in the drawer. There's an old guy who is a cashier, and he's slower than a turtle, many times causing the line to back up in the store. He blames the registers and becomes visibly agitated over it. We all stand there forever, bored in that awkward silence, listening to him complain about the registers and whatever is malfunctioning. Another one has no knowledge of cigarettes, brands of them, or even packaging. If you're going to sell something, you should know what it is and where to find it in the display. Not rocket science, but efficiency. The one who doesn't understand cigarettes pumped my gas last night. When I pulled in, there were two other cars, together at the pumps. I pulled to the outer one, and waited forever. At least it seemed like forever. I knew the attendant was outside, as I heard him finishing up with one of the two customers. He finishes the second one, and walks back into the store! Totally ignoring me. If my car wasn't totally empty and on fumes, I would've left. It was that rude and annoying. So he comes back out, I said I thought you forgot about me. He says, yeah. I didn't even see you pull in or sitting there. Really?! It's your damn job! When he was done, he just says, bye! I'm like, I need a receipt. Nope, he's half way back to the store. I was not impressed. Will I return? Ehh, maybe. I stopped here on my way to work, as I desperately needed gas last night. It's definitely not my first choice for stations, but the ones I like aren't open 24 hours. So this is kind of my last resort when I have to go to work. But if I have the choice, I'll go somewhere else.

We just gave him our phone ( to scan the membership card) and our credit card and after a min or two the tank was full and we just left. We didn't even have to get out of the car and we loved this service at Costco. It's so convenient and time efficient. Wish they had this in California too! We would definitely use attended service again at Costco.

What I also did not understand was that people did NOT drive around other cars to the empty pumps...? Is this another OR thing? Ambiance - Consistent. Except 50% of the pumps are full service. I felt bad for the few employees, as the "bell" kept ringing and the employees were getting frustrated. Service - Self service, I am from NV and CA.
