Came here for date night and I had a good time. The menu is more selective then what is posted so keep that in mind. Mainly just had appetizers, wings, tacos and some fries/tots. We had the Baja tacos, street tacos, mozzarella sticks and loaded tots. Everything was really good. It was a little dead when we went but then again it was 8:30 on a Friday night so I'm sure it picks up later. Our waitress provided good service. What really stuck out to me was the staff genuinely seemed to enjoy working there. All of them were joking around, dancing and having a good time. I came here on 5/9/21 around 2pm. I'm from out of town. I was in the area for my graduation from UTRGV. I wanted some brunch and found this place. I looked at the menu ahead of time and knew exactly what I wanted. I paid for a Lyft to get here from my hotel. To my unfortunate surprise, there was a sign on the door saying they were temporarily closed. I tried calling the restaurant with no answer. How disappointing. Their online hours said they were open. I had to walk half a mile up the street to another restaurant in the hot sun to prevent from having to wait and pay for another lyft. Only positive was that I some exercise. If you're going to be closed, you should update your hours or have a voicemail saying so. To note: I did call ahead of time with no answer. I was visiting the area and we decided to stop by this place, I had heard good things about this place Hostess was friendly, we sat in the bar area. I did notice that there was several bartenders. It seemed like they were a team. Experience was nice, we ate and had drink. Staff was wearing mask. I also notice signs saying something like, "guest must wear mask if you are away from your seat". Really fun environment which included a really cool live band while we were there. Drinks were not too expensive and tasted really great. Lots of parking and lots of tables and chairs. Service was a little slower than I would have expected, but this could have been due to it being a Friday night and pretty crowded so I won't hold it against them. All in all I had a great experience and would definitely recommend for a fun night out. read more

I had heard of this place from a few friends, and my best friend convinced me to meet her here since her brother works here. Let me just say, their Cosmo is fantastic! It was, hands down, the best Cosmo I have ever had. We also had a drink that comprised of eating a flower, taking the shot, and sucking on a lime coated in pop rocks. It sounds wild but tasted out of this world! Next is the food - the Talk Turkey to Me, awesome play on words, is so good! The fries alone are mouth watering. They play the same music literally every weekend and don't book a section you have to show up at 10pm or they give your section away to someone who didn't book ahead of time which happened to us. What's the point of booking a section ahead of time to have to show up at 10 when literally no one is in the bar. read more

I have been coming in to this establishment since the lift of Covid restrictions. Within the last 2weeks they started a brunch dance party. Music is blaring at a night life level. It hard to have a conversation with your table. So if your ok with deafening volume of music then you made it past stage 1. The food, was more of a BBQ take on brunch. No real classic as in a traditional brunch. Prices are on the luxurious side of brunch $10.99 to $15.99. With a non traditional spread. Long short there are more traditional brunch options for the same price. Do you want bbq or brunch? It was a good service although the waitress was quick to provide a check. Will not do brunch again but they offer other specials throughout the week to make up for bbq morning. read more

My spouse and we're sitting at the bar and noticed one of the bartenders mask was pulled down below his chin. He then sneezed 3 or 4 times into his hands and proceeded to touch many items near him. As we watched in shock, he never washed his hands or put his mask back on. We had ordered entrees but decided to cancel them and leave bc we were so disgusted. The food was pretty good and the live music was good. But if you are at all worried about getting Covid you should avoid this place. Other than the waitstaff wearing masks and people wearing masks as they walk in the door it's pretty much like they don't believe the virus exists in here. People are dancing and hanging out in crowds without any masks on. We had a table that was pretty separate from everyone else so we felt ok but if you are sitting in the main seating area there is no distancing. So on that level it isn't good. On the other hand it sort of feels like a return to normalcy. read more

We went at 4:30pm on a Saturday and the music was blasting. I could hardly hear my wife and son. Aside from that, the food was good.

The hostess and waiters at this location are so awful. One waiter told us to leave the table after we were served because it was reserved. We asked if we could pay for a reservation and we were told no. Later we asked how much it cost for a reservation and we were told it was free!!! Bad management for not supporting their customers. We spent over $1,400 to be moved for a free reservation. We like to pay for a good time with our friends. If you go for a good time. Best go somewhere else. read more

I am beyond impressed with the inclusiveness of an establishment like this for people like me that dont consume meat! There are vegan options such as beyond meat tacos and cauliflower wings. I wish that I could give 0 stars. It was a mostly fun night until the very end. Upon leaving I realized that my waitress hadn't returned my id. Before even exiting I told the bouncer, but he hurried me out. Then I told him again and he said since I was already out that I couldn't go check my table. He asked me for the name on the card and said that it had already been returned. I told him he was wrong and he tried to shut the door in my face. I had my foot in the way because I was sure that I hadn't received my ID yet. In the nicest way I told him that maybe the waitress was confused because I still hadn't gotten it back, and I need it because it's my ID. He then shoved me out of the door with no warning. I wasn't being threatening. I was just nicely asking for my ID. It would have been a nice night if not RUINED by this one bouncer that wants to play roadhouse. They then proceeded to threaten us by calling the cops, but we weren't doing anything illegal only asking for our card. The bouncer then came out after realizing his mistake and made an excuse about why my card wasn't returned the first time. No one has ever laid their hands on me like this, and I was only a guest trying to experience a new bar. It was completely unprofessional and the worst experience that I have ever had at any business. read more

Food and drinks, a 4/5. Service is less than 1/5. Overall, I belive the food is pretty good. Loaded fries are really tasty and a nice portion size. We had burgers and they were quite tasty and priced around 12 bucks with fries. They had $2 Crawfords on special which was great. Now, the service is absolutely horrible. Dont expect anyone to actually tend to you. The bros behind the bar are too busy doing red bull shotguns and checking their phone to actually get you a drink or order put in. They could make a ton more money if they actually had attentive bartenders and service. Oh well. their loss. read more
